Ordered on the app for drive thru saw the line was long so like any other rational person I went inside. They proceeded to tell me I have to go thru the drive thru to get the order. Absolutely terrible service, employees are rude and disrespectful.

i was going through the drive thru with my kids and a worker at this location i believe his name is jarius put his middle finger up flipping off what appeared to be me or the other worker helping me at the time. ive had multiple past experiences with this same person once when going inside to place my order and he was very rude to me and had an attitude towards me for asking a question about the food i was getting at the time. ive heard him use profanity aggressively towards his coworkers. i have also seen him multiple times making food without proper uniform not wearing a hat and that is very unhygienic. this has been a pattern of poor behavior and customer service from him and only him and im tired of it. youve lost a local customer of 5 years due to it. do better.

It's getting ridiculous now the last few times I've placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up with 1hr still before closing and they always have some excuse and say they're closed and I have to cancel my order!

I asked the size of the chilli she said small and large I said what size is the large she said i really dont know. Seemed like she couldn't be bothered telling me. Then she said its about the size of a small cup. Lol. It appears the people working there are not happy. Food is not very good. Seemed as though it has been laying there for a while. If you are looking for fresh food and good customer service this Wendy's is not for you.

One of the best fast food restaurants in Moncks Corner. Our food is always fresh and hot. We come here often and they haven’t messed up our order, which always happens elsewhere.
Do not get food from here, first time I got semi-cold food that didn't taste very well and was not fresh, and the second time I got something similar, instead I got a surprise set of fries that tasted like raw fish, absolutely disgusting. Last visit there for sure.
