Customer service is horrible. Every time I go there the employees make me feel like I'm an annoyance. It's as if they decide everything everyone likes about chic fil a they are going to do the exact opposite.

Interesting to see the bad reviews, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and frequent the restaurant mainly out of convenience. Food is always hot and not dried out , fries are pretty consistently good and hot which, sadly, stands out amongst fast food these days.

I went through the drive through about 10:30 am. They didn't have sodas and the only flavor of frosty they had was chocolate. I get to the window and the employees are talking about the soda situation and they were not walking into the lobby. So it made me believe the soda worked in the lobby. The employee that made the frosty was showing the other employees how it looked in the cup. When I left, the fries were cold, the nuggets tasted nasty, the tea tasted old and the frosty looked like a icee. This was a horrible experience.

No priority for door dash orders, claims the store is busy with just half a dozen people inside maybe three cars in the drive through. Order supposed to be ready 4 minutes prior to arrival.

bad service, and also the lady in the drive thru rude, being agressive with us, bad attitude, , i loaded up a pic, suppose to be soda, looks nothing like soda, i threw it away,..seems like no one gives a shit, hopefully manager sees this,. its suppose to be a pepsi, with ice in it,...looks like water,. i took this pic as soon as we drove away, ,...no ice in it, i dont know what that was that they gave me, , i threw it away, ,, real bad service, , goes to show no body paying attention to nothing when they serving people,.i would not recomend this place,. at all,..

Not the best Wendy’s I have been to. It became apparent fairly quickly that the bulk of their business is done with to go orders for delivery services. It would appear that the store prioritizes based on that as well. People who were ordering at the store were not treated with the same level of service as those picking up. Wait time is no big deal, and to be expected at this point, with fast food. My experience in this restaurant is they are on the slower side. The store was not that clean and we most likely will not be back. In fairness, the food order was accurate, and the food was hot.

Go here if you have an hour to spare ?. I have worked restaurant and fast food business before and rush hour shouldn’t be done by walking and only having one person taking orders. There was a guy next to me who was waiting for his food for his kids for 45 minutes and I got mine before his. Also a girl had come in 2 hours late and the manager and her laughed it off. Needs some new employees or a new manager who knows how to handle the restaurant when it gets busy.

Hi guys! I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten their order right from this location? If so, you should go buy a lottery ticket because these people getting your order right is a ONE AND A MILLION CHANCE. I swear on everything that they haven't gotten my order right the last 5 times I've been here. I ask for a PLAIN BACONATOR. P.L.A.I.N. I DIDN'T ASK FOR EVERY SAUCE IN THE WORLD ON IT. This place has been a disgrace on the inside and in the drive through ever since it opened. It needs to be shut down PERMANATELY!!!
