I've gone to this Wendys many times since it opened a few years ago and the quality and especially the customer service has definitely gone downhill. Half the time they short me on the 10 pc nuggets, putting only 8 or 9 in bag. At least four or five times they have given me the wrong drink. Now they are charging for extra dipping sauces, the nugget meal is supposed to come with two but I've opened my bag to find 1 or sometimes none at all. The drive through staff tend to have bad attitudes, regardless of the time of day. Management really needs to provide more training for the staff.

I ordered some burgers and they gave me one of them without meat.
There is no reason that sitting in the drive through line should take over half a hour, absolutely no reason. This has to be the worst Wendys in the tri-county area. The manager should be fired for this.

Normally when I come the food, service, and atmosphere are okay. Today must have been a lot going on. Trying to understand how they expected me and my mom to eat our salads without any salad dressings.

This was the cleanest and nicest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. The food took a little longer but it all came out hot and fresh.

Spicy nuggets hard and fries cold ended up throwing it away.
From the time that I entered the drive through with a mobile order, until the time that I got my food - 27 minutes. And my sandwich was wrong. If only I had done a mobile order and spelled out how it should be.

The staff there are inefficient and the food was cold. My wide went to Dominos across thr street while I was trying to pick food up from Wendys. She got her pizza before I got my food from Wendys. These people suck. Is rated 2 stars for a reason. Stay away from this place.

Customer service is horrible. Every time I go there the employees make me feel like I'm an annoyance. It's as if they decide everything everyone likes about chic fil a they are going to do the exact opposite.
The burger I got was 10/10

Interesting to see the bad reviews, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here and frequent the restaurant mainly out of convenience. Food is always hot and not dried out , fries are pretty consistently good and hot which, sadly, stands out amongst fast food these days.

I went through the drive through about 10:30 am. They didn't have sodas and the only flavor of frosty they had was chocolate. I get to the window and the employees are talking about the soda situation and they were not walking into the lobby. So it made me believe the soda worked in the lobby. The employee that made the frosty was showing the other employees how it looked in the cup. When I left, the fries were cold, the nuggets tasted nasty, the tea tasted old and the frosty looked like a icee. This was a horrible experience.
