Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We have given this Zaxby’s 5 chances. 4 more than we should have. It has taken us over 25 minutes to get our food every single time, AFTER ordering. Not including the time in line. I don’t know what the problem is but it should never take that long to get food. The longest time was 37 minutes.

Clean and the chicken always tastes great.

I love Zaxbys. I go to the one in Moncks Corner all the time as a treat for my family. After my visit on 3/23/25, I will not be returning. I got 2 big zax snacks and a kidz meal. The chicken in all the meals tasted like cigarette smoke. I'm not talking it tasted burnt, it tasted like cigarettes. I can't explain it.
I contacted Zaxbys corporate and did not get a response.
Fast food is expensive. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Food is good. Service is SLOW even though there were 10 or 12 people working and few people inside. Since remodel, the inside looks bare and incomplete.

Great salads

Renovated the restaurant just to have piss poor service. Workers CAN NOT read nor even try. Manager is very nasty and nonchalant. They will get your order wrong and disrespect you in your face when you confront them about it, then proceed to give you entirely cold food like it was your fault. I would like to say that this Zaxbys singlehandedly convinced me that Moncks Corner does not deserve to have any other restaurants than the minimum wage low class ones like this because it is the perfect representation of the town all in one convenient location. (They made me ill)

Order delivery tonight ordered two orders of fried shrimp the shrimp was burned the shrimp inside was rubber for the price the order should of been cooked right.won't be ordering nothing from ya'll again.

They upgraded the building but service there is terrible! Constantly get attitude because they messed up!

Cordless employees and good for

I've been going to yhe resturant for a few months and everytime I order it's always a 15 minute wait, and each time I get my food it's the same employee with the ugly attitude! please teach your employees about being polite, and understanding to the customer.

Sad "SIGNATURE" chicken sandwich. Tiny, dry, tough, and over cooked. The bun was the same. Jokes on me I guess. The remodeling on the outside should have been invested in food quality and procedures.
