Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I've been going to yhe resturant for a few months and everytime I order it's always a 15 minute wait, and each time I get my food it's the same employee with the ugly attitude! please teach your employees about being polite, and understanding to the customer.

Sad "SIGNATURE" chicken sandwich. Tiny, dry, tough, and over cooked. The bun was the same. Jokes on me I guess. The remodeling on the outside should have been invested in food quality and procedures.

I ordered a grill chicken salad no dressing because I'm on a diet and they gave me fried chicken. I haven't eaten in 2 days and now I can't eat tonight

I'm not a fan of Zaxby's. Food is ok in my opinion, but my wife and daughters love it. I've always had good service there.

Everytime I come here it’s the same thing, they make me park in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting. It’s actually frustrating I’ve never experienced this in any other Zaxby’s. They need better management and train more people in cooking so that the food can come out faster. Close the store down if you guys are so understaffed or pay the people more. Not coming back it’s a waste of my time.

Ordered my food 15 minutes ago, still waiting on it in the parking lot and I can't tell if it's because they are so slow to cook at 6 pm or if management is making these kids do this to help with their window times. Either way, not fun and not coming back

Got my wrong order at drive thru window. I got home, and I had to go back. It's not cool.. it was a kids meal chicken fingers. Smh!

No matter how many cars in line. They will park you in Drive thru and it annoying. So I will be using Chick-fil-A more.

I’ve never really had an issue with the times I’ve ordered from here, but imagine my surprise when I see a dead fly in my salad! I was so nauseated after realizing I ate that much of my food and the bug was in there. I called the restaurant numerous times as I was at work and couldn’t head back out, ( I called at 12:44, 12:45, and 12:47PM, around thirty minutes after getting the order) but no one picked up the phone. I think this will be my last time ordering from Zaxbys.

Chicken was cold this time and so were the fried pickles. No seasoning salt on the fries when asked for extra.
