Customer service sucks!!! Just left there today and the young lady in the window needs to be talk to my management …no “thank you , can you please pull up” and after waiting she just handed me my bag without saying anything.

I have never rated a Zaxbys so high! We absolutely love zaxbys for a quick wing/chicken fix and out of all the Zaxbys we have been to (and we've been to many, many states lol) this zaxbys takes the cake for us. Mine and my husbands back is big, so I dont care much how service is or atmosphere, i care about the food. Your wings will actually be saucy and fries will be seasoned! There is no holding back the flavor at this location! thanks for good food!

I went to zaxbys and ordered almost $70 worth of food. One of my orders was wrong. All of my order had cold fries. When I went back around to have the one order fixed. They handed me the tray back and said we will give you the missing fries. I said the fries is mixed in with cole slaw and im not suppose to even have cole slaw. The young man at the window said, my manager said thats all he will fix. And then proceeded to hand me a small box of cold fries. I will not waste my time going back to this zaxbys again, or to any other one.

We have given this Zaxby’s 5 chances. 4 more than we should have. It has taken us over 25 minutes to get our food every single time, AFTER ordering. Not including the time in line. I don’t know what the problem is but it should never take that long to get food. The longest time was 37 minutes.

I love Zaxbys. I go to the one in Moncks Corner all the time as a treat for my family. After my visit on 3/23/25, I will not be returning. I got 2 big zax snacks and a kidz meal. The chicken in all the meals tasted like cigarette smoke. I'm not talking it tasted burnt, it tasted like cigarettes. I can't explain it.
I contacted Zaxbys corporate and did not get a response.
Fast food is expensive. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Food is good. Service is SLOW even though there were 10 or 12 people working and few people inside. Since remodel, the inside looks bare and incomplete.
