Having Zaxby’s in my corner is so much of a blessing. I love to stop by there at least once every two weeks on my way home and grab something from the app. Their service is always the best. The food is always fresh and on time. I absolutely Love the convenience and they’re so very fast at the drive-through

Gave my Uber eats order nothing but toast when I had $30 worth of food and when I called to tell them about their mistake they hung up immediately, trash.

Went to the Zaxby's in Moncks Corner for the first time in awhile, the gentleman at the front was nice. The only thing I can say was he put in our extra sauces order wrong. We asked for two extra Zaxby's sauces and got three ranch and three Zaxby's sauces so one of us didn't get a extra sauce. I ordered all sauced wings and things, the chicken fingers were supposed to be hot honey mustard and he wings were supposed to be teriyaki. We also ordered two extra Zaxby's sauces. When we got home and I opened up my box the wings were honey mustard, and the chicken fingers were plain and we only got one of our extra sauces that we paid for. Kitchen and bagging counter y'all need to look at the ticket. We paid extra for nothing. Zaxby's of Charleston in general has had issues for years now, it's not been the same. Everyone I talk to says they ALWAYS get something wrong. Probably won't be back.

Customer service sucks!!! Just left there today and the young lady in the window needs to be talk to my management …no “thank you , can you please pull up” and after waiting she just handed me my bag without saying anything.

I have never rated a Zaxbys so high! We absolutely love zaxbys for a quick wing/chicken fix and out of all the Zaxbys we have been to (and we've been to many, many states lol) this zaxbys takes the cake for us. Mine and my husbands back is big, so I dont care much how service is or atmosphere, i care about the food. Your wings will actually be saucy and fries will be seasoned! There is no holding back the flavor at this location! thanks for good food!

I went to zaxbys and ordered almost $70 worth of food. One of my orders was wrong. All of my order had cold fries. When I went back around to have the one order fixed. They handed me the tray back and said we will give you the missing fries. I said the fries is mixed in with cole slaw and im not suppose to even have cole slaw. The young man at the window said, my manager said thats all he will fix. And then proceeded to hand me a small box of cold fries. I will not waste my time going back to this zaxbys again, or to any other one.
