Consistently good meals, whether we eat in or order to go, ever since they opened several years ago. We like the chicken, steak, or shrimp bowls with noodles or you can have rice. Our friends say Konnichiwa has the best sushi in this area. Always friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend.
We used to enjoy this restaurant and their excellent customer service. However tonight we ordered 3 Bento boxes and a sushi roll for a family of 4. We used the online service through their website, Door Dash. That is what they use for their online orders, but we picked up our own food. Once we got home, my daughter realized her sushi order did not have all the ingredients, but she could still eat it and be ok. The sushi in the Bento boxes however contained rotten avocado. Just moved to Moore SC and was so happy when I found this place and read the reviews. Then I ordered and was so totally bummed. If you have never been to Japan or had authentic Japanese food, then it is ok, I guess. After living in Japan, I find American style Japanese food to be lacking. Oh, well tried it, it failed my lowest expectations and I will not be back.
