So tired of quality dropping off a cliff. Even the sauce for breadsticks went from a big 6 Oz or so to a 1 Oz container ramican. And they charge 50 tenants for that tablespoon of sauce if you want more than 1 of them

I pay for extra sauce every time I order here and it's like the children that work there put no sauce for a joke! I'll start going back to pepperoni express. That my advice to who ever reads this. Pizza hut make plenty of money and they don't get good workers to respect the orders coming in. Just let Pizza hut go out of business people!!!!!!!!

A bunch of teenagers who are standing around vaping in the drive through when I go afternoon & ignore the drive through when I can get into it, if they’re not standing in it. The customer service is absolutely awful & incredibly rude. It’s only this pizza inn. They need to hire better people. Burnt pizza too. Watching workers eat in the back while ignoring the window & work. I called the store 20 mins before getting there and told me my food would be ready in 15, they never even put in my order. There’s a man in the back who’s practically carrying the store, only worker that works.

I normally like Pizza Hut and I order often. I would first like to say I have been in customer service for 25+ years. Now I had been online (how I normally order) for around 30 mins trying to order and also use my points. The order would pick up the things I was paying for but not my items using the points. So I called explained that to the young lady. She asked someone and was told there was no way to change anything. So I told her I would continue to try online and I did another 20 mins. The order went through. I received my texts for tracking. I tracked and it did not have all my items. Only the items that I was paying for. I called again. I explained to another young lady and was told there was nothing she could do. I told her I wanted to cancel the order. The thing that I didn't get was if I am telling you my points have been taken. I have the online receipt and I paid almost $26 for the items I did order. Why couldn't you just apologize and make something happen. The points were used so it was free anyway. The last time I had an issue with this place the manager went above and beyond and handled it. But anyway I spend a lot of money with Pizza Hut but I am fine with Dominos now.

This is, without a doubt, the BEST “fast food” pizza joint in the area! Their consistency is what has me coming here time and time again and ditching rivals like Papa John’s, Marco’s and Dominoes Pizza for good. I know I’m always getting a great pizza made exactly the way I request it (I like mine with extra sauce & well done and most places fail to get the sauce right on a consistent basis and/or undercook the pizza). In the VERY slim chance they make a mistake (it’s rare!) they fix it within a reasonable time are completely professional. It’s clear they have quality control methods in place and I really appreciate that - props to the Manager. ? In a time when quality and service are lacking at most fast-food restaurants in the area, this Pizza Hut location GETS IT. Also, the large 3 topping carry-out deal is PHENOMENAL and the thin, flaky crust is the best!
