Wish I could leave zero stars. I have placed online orders for this Pizza Hut twice now and BOTH times my order was completely wrong…the pizza was delivered cold, hardly any sauce (ordered extra, and extra cheese and didn’t get either) bone dry pizza, very disappointing. Even worse, I called and they were going to give me a credit for the pineapple they forgot to put on the pizza. What’s that like $2.00 for the $50 I spent? Thanks. I will not order from here again. That being said…the Dominos in Duncan? It gets 5 stars! Order is always right and pizza is hot and never dry or overcooked. Save yourself the headache and just order Dominos.

I asked for extra sauce on the pizza, got home & there was barley any sauce & I tipped! How hard is it to follow simple directions? Also the bread sticks in ordered wasn't cut, I had to do it myself! Another reason why nobody deserves a tip unless you are my actual waitress!

Picked up a large Pan Pizza Supreme, bread sticks and asked for extra sauce for the breadsticks. I was charged for the sauce but did not receive it, even though we were assured it was in the bag. The SUPREME PIZZA had barely any toppings on it. I have been eating Pan Pizza Supremes in locations all over the country for years. This was by far the worst supreme pizza ever! I guess the next time we’ll go to Domino’s!

The reason I'm leaving this review is because I picked up an order from here and literally saw the associates preparing pizzas with their bare hands stopped to assist me touched their Bluetooth devices in their ear, pack the pizzas in the boxes and went right back to making the pizzas. No gloves and didn't wash their hands. Eat here at your own risk you've been warned. Trifling eww, disgusting 🫣 one even came out of the cooler and started making pizzas with no gloves and didn't wash her hands either. I can't belive i just witnessed this. Disgusting

Jan 26 I ordered 2 orders of bone in chicken wings. I also got 2 pizza's. So i asked if I could get some ranch and I was told no that I have too pay 4 it. I ordered 36 wings and can't get a pack of ranch. Never again! I spent over an $100 and I couldn't get some ranch.
Ordered a pizza online today and it was going to the wrong address. Turns out it was given to DoorDash who somehow got the wrong address from our order. Every time it is given to DoorDash they get a different address, third time this has happened. Usually we just call the dasher and correct the address. Called dasher to correct and they told me to speak Spanish. So our pizza was dropped off at some random persons house.
