I haven't gotten a pan pizza from pizza hut in several years and decided to give it a try. Their pan that you now have to pay $1 extra for is the same as their original hand tossed, definitely not the deep dish pan that they used to have. Staff were great and the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a pizza hut. The 1 star isn't due to this specific location, but to pizza hut as a whole. The past few times just hasn't been the nostalgic pizza they used to have.

poor quality pizza We ordered a pizza, and the cashier didn't know what they sold or how to take the order. They gave us the wrong pizza; it was poorly cut and very thin. The pizza looked like a sheet of paper because it was so thin. Terrible quality.

I waited almost 2 hours for my order, which is already unacceptable. When the pizza finally arrived, it tasted like it was made the day before — cold, stale, and clearly reheated. The crust was hard, the cheese wasn’t fresh, and the whole thing felt like leftovers, not a fresh pizza.
If you’re going to make customers wait that long, the food should at least be hot and fresh. This was a complete waste of time and money. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from Pizza Hut.
If I wanted day-old food, I would’ve checked my fridge.
Zero urgency, zero freshness, zero reason to order from here again. Do better, Pizza Hut.

You know, I've eaten at pizza hut in many different states. This pizza was horrible. No sauce, just dried bread pepperoni and cheese. First, they bought me the wrong pizza. I ordered the big New Yorker with extra cheese and received a cheese pizza with extra cheese, what happened to my pepperoni. When I realized the person taking the order wasn't all there. That should have been my hint, hint.i wish I could give the zero stars.

It's been many years since having pizza hut, the quality of the food is just not the same anymore. The Young lady at the drive through window didn't seem happy to be working, forgot to give me part of my order so I had to return to the window a second time.

There was only one person at the cash register taking orders inside and at the window. I allowed for the 15- minute wait for the pizza and then waited for four cars to get through the line. I could not go in to pick it up because I was blocked by two cars behind me. I was sympathetic to the swamped server. (The pizza was already leather-like as I left.) Never this site again!

They aren't as good as they use to be and they always have to remake or credit my order because the pizza was made wrong.
I ordered online and picked it up in the drive thru. The girl working was very nice and polite. I'll be ordering from there more often.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I have placed online orders for this Pizza Hut twice now and BOTH times my order was completely wrong…the pizza was delivered cold, hardly any sauce (ordered extra, and extra cheese and didn’t get either) bone dry pizza, very disappointing. Even worse, I called and they were going to give me a credit for the pineapple they forgot to put on the pizza. What’s that like $2.00 for the $50 I spent? Thanks. I will not order from here again. That being said…the Dominos in Duncan? It gets 5 stars! Order is always right and pizza is hot and never dry or overcooked. Save yourself the headache and just order Dominos.

I asked for extra sauce on the pizza, got home & there was barley any sauce & I tipped! How hard is it to follow simple directions? Also the bread sticks in ordered wasn't cut, I had to do it myself! Another reason why nobody deserves a tip unless you are my actual waitress!
