Literally the worst place to live my home was infested with insects the wood flooring is cheap the paint on the walls seem like like the cheapest paint they could find the maintenance never come and service your home when you ask! When i moved into the home it was infested with bugs! It’s cars lined up and down the roads children walking the street all types of night loud music! These homes are not worth $2000 do not waste your time! The rooms can only fit full size beds in them not including the master bedroom! You will regret moving here

I lived in Tyger Pointe almost three years . I never had a problem . I loved the neighborhood and the convenience of the location it’s close to everything. I didn’t renew my lease because I found something a little cheaper. I definitely would recommend

Should’ve known there was something suspicious when she said that she couldn’t see my application but could see where I paid the $100 fee. Then the denial letter had an “eviction” that I have NEVER had and then turn around and say it was denied because of a past Verizon wireless bill is silly. The whole application fee is a joke and designed to take your money.

Very beautiful homes, great neighborhood. I loved the convenience of the self tour. Homes a bit out of my budget but definitely worth the asking price. Thank you to the professional staff for following up after my tour

If I could give less than a star I would. Awful experience with both progress and now Quinn residences. We were there for a year and had no damage to the home, hired a cleaner at move out despite being told it was not needed. They are withholding our entire security deposit which is close to $2,000 saying we have not paid utilities even though we emailed receipts for every payment made early every single month along with charging us $600 in cleaning fees. Phone Numbers are constantly disconnected and getting a hold of anyone is a nightmare. They do not respond when they say they will and there is no clear communication on expectations or who was to be contacted with problems. I can’t believe we are still dealing with them almost 2 months after moving out. We strongly do not recommend becoming residents with Quinn.Replying to the response below; unfortunately this is not true, I did send in receipts for our cleaner they are in an email to Shatori James who did not return many calls, there is only one area of carpet in the entire home on some stairs that were in perfect condition and we were charged over $300 in carpet cleaning along with an additional cleaner. There are many emails that have not been responded to and phone calls not returned. I have sent in the ledger and receipts for supposed bills owed and have still not received payment for this. I can do a new post with screen shots of emails being told to only to “clean the best you can” and “we do not have move out procedures in place” from Allison Richards. The last I heard from her despite numerous attempts was September 20th. It’s a little sad the most thorough response I have received has been in a google review.

For the first year when it was under Progress Residential it was horrible poor communication and terrible with the maintenance requests. When Quinn took over and I was able to connect with Alison things turned around drastically . The communication was top tier and very responsive. Alison was a joy to work with and made sure I had everything I needed and when I needed it in a timely fashion. The maintenance team always follows up with me. Great experience with Quinn, I highly recommend especially if Alison is your point of contact.

Since Quinn Property Management has been in place maintenance services has declined. Currently I have been without air conditioner for 9 days and no one is communicating to give a date as to when the repairs will take place. This is poor communication and the transition from Progress Residential to Quinn has not been smooth. I hope to see great improvement soon.

Honestly, the extra fees ruin it for me and are not worth it. You have to pay monthly for a Smart home and then pay more if you want to use the services that Ring provide. You also are forced to pay for landscaping but it’s a waste of money. You will see them on the property for seconds and do not see your moneys worth. The rules of the community are barely followed so if mitt I’mAlso, the house was not cleaned when I moved in but they want you have it professionally cleaned when you move out. There’s so many little things that you are adding up the longer I’m here and make you feel like you are wasting so much money. So many better options when it comes to rentals. Very disappointed in how this community is run.
