Just finished a VERY GOOD lunch at Chef Rays Mt. Carmel Cafe! large portion of fried catfish, done to perfection, golden brown, crunchy Delicious of corse his fries are good to pipping hot. My wife had a great cheeseburger and fries. YUM- home now and its rainy afternoon nap time. Bye Y’all.
This little cafe in the middle of nowhere has excellent food. We’ve enjoyed it 3 times now and have not been disappointed. We’ve had their bbq chicken, ribeye steak, blackened grouper and fried shrimp. All have been excellent. Seasoned and cooked to perfection . Delicious 😋 lovely little cafe with smiling friendly service and absolutely delicious food. Chicken salad is wonderful, so are the cheese curds and home made ice cream. We stopped here passing through, 4 of us and we all loved it. I wish I lived close, I would love to try everything on the menu. .
