I'm waiting behind one customer to make my order cashier/customer general conversation they obviously know each other..cashier talks about how she slept all day to customer all while doing the paying transaction....Instead of cashier cutting off conversation with already paid just standing their friend..cashier wants to know did customer hear about the shooting on Church street last week..I walked out I was there to order food not the community update...SO UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL.

My family ordered two large pizzas Saturday night. The toppings on both pizzas were NOT what we ordered. We called that night to let them know and they said they’d be closed the next two days but would be happy to remake the pizzas the following week when they were open. Six days later we call about having the pizzas remade and they claim to have no recollection of the conversation at all. I hope it was just different people working tonight who really were unaware, and not the business being dishonest about their own mistake. Great, absolutely no refund or remake on two wrongly made pizzas we could not eat.

Terrible experience. The waitress was snippy, things that were listed on the menu were no longer available, but still on the menu. We waited 10 minutes for our drink order, then 25 minutes for our food, which was only 2 subs. The place looked run down and grubby. I cannot recommend going there.

I’ve always loved bravos, since i was a little girl but when the owners switched, things went downhill. phone is almost never answered even when there’s only two to-go’s on the top of the counter, restaurant is a ghost town (always), you may get two words out of the cashier and that’s it. I do not understand why the restaurant was bought to be put on a back burner. bravos has always been a staple in mullins and one of the only places i could go to day after day, id hate to see it go! compared to the other restaurant owned the service and food quantity seems to be out of sight and out of mind here!

Tried on multiple occasions to call in an order for pickup, they will answer the phone and say nothing, then the line will stay busy for at least the next hour while calling repeatedly. There food is mediocre at best

I did not like it at all I ordered 2 Philly Steak Subs , didn't even taste like steak tasted like grounded beef no taste at all , the bread was blar , it was like doughy inside , $ 23.00 wasted . Absolutely not , won't go back. Sorry .

Parking: There was plenty of parking , the reason for plenty of parking is ,when I went in the Pizzeria there was no one around not one customer , & the employee wasn't in front for at least 10 min after I got there .Was like a deserted place. I wasted $23.00 for absolutely nothing. Wasn't worth it.

Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a $21.63-22.00 refund on a pizza that was made Incorrect twice. Upon making it over the cook slide it back in oven added more meat and cheese like I was gonna know first off the pizza already cheesy for one and I worked fast food business for years for 2 and I know my food for 3… since nb wanna answer me over the phone I will be going in the restaurant to put some face with them rude lying voices that be answering phone. Call today lady sweared she able to contact manager after telling me he wasn’t where twice how your manager off and leave nb in charge but the team smh that’s why people food wrong and the place running in the ground it doesn’t have a leader. Then when I said he was expecting a call from me how u say hold on. Then come back to the phone and say he said he wasn’t expecting a call honey straight lies but I remember that crack voice and I will be up there run me my money that’s poor customer service period and keep that same energy boo.. I been humble to long it don’t take but 3-7 business days for a small refund boo…..
