All this store cares about us their drive thru timers. They ask me to pull up and wait every time so they can trick their timer. They don't care about quality or accuracy just that timer.

They are terrible I ordered online they didn’t give me half my food and when I told them she said she know she put everything in the bag. I was missing a med fry some cinnamon rolls, 4 cookies and they made my burger wrong. I have called the store 10 times a day for the last 4 days and no one has answered. So they just STOLE my money and I can’t do nothing about it.

It is located in a area of town easy to get to, it is easy to get into and out of parking lot. The service there was polite and helpful.The area was clean, the inside of the restaurant it to was clean.When in the area and I am hungry I will be stopping by again.

Its a mess they are rehabbing the store and the food is bad . frys are old and hard .burger was yuk too . Important part of the meal to me and when i have to toss them out im not happy to waste my money Ppl dont waste your time or money till construction is done . u know theres dust on food due to work being done ... I know im a contractor . u cant hide that dust n debris. Owner needs to shut down til work is done but obviously he dont care just keep pulling in that money and get ppl sick ... Im highly rated on google soo many ppl will read this .

I have done 2 online orders on different days just for them to mess up both orders. my first order they didnt give me my ice cream and on my second order they didnt give me my churro or my cookies, all they gave me was my drink.

Burger King by the Florence mall is the only Burger King we eat at. And we like it a lot cause of the food is hot and fresh.

Been there 2 times in one year both times BEEN EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!!! 2XS how do you confuse heavy pickle with onions. Also got a slushy one time that tasted like a cleaner I used at Panerai that could make you very sick. I am sorry but more than likely I will not ever be back to your location. Your attendants dealing with the customers are great, But your back of house staff needs to learn!!
