I ordered threw the app everything was fine but I ordered country fryed steak biscuit got home that's not what I got it was a sausage biscuit not happy with that so check your order before you leave to make sure it is correct

My smoked sausage and fried egg biscuit today was terrible. Biscuit and the sausage was undercooked and the hashbrowns was mushy! Have had better from there but i guess today was their off day. I doubt I will be eating breakfast from there again and i never eat lunch there anyways!

Food was tasty and fresh but the chicken on my sandwich was a little skimpy. My wife stated her burger was a little salty. Also the service was a little slow.

Waited in the Drive-Thru a long time for a chicken BLT combo then when I finally got it it was the wrong sandwich. took it inside to say that it was the wrong sandwich and the woman behind the counter making the food was an absolute rude jerk. the lady who took my order was very nice but the other woman should not work with the public. at all! the sandwich was garbage after all that. lukewarm and hard as if it had been sitting there forever. this place needs an overhaul. can't wait to see the AI answer I get to this complaint because I know nobody cares about this stuff anymore but I should get a refund for this garbage. I didn't have time to go back in a second time to return the food and get my money back. avoid this place at all costs. UPDATE: Sent me a link to provide more information and the calandar is a big blank space with no way to pick a date and then the automated mess kept telling me that 6:18 pm is not a valid time. Since when. Finally had to put the wrong day and time just to advance the survey. (I was there the 6th not the 7th) Then it asked for the receipt number but didn't specify if it meant the ORDER number or the BAR CODE number. More trouble than it was worth to navigate through that mess.

Lady who took the order in the drive thru was nice but the order was wrong. Had to bring it inside and the woman making the food was rude and inept. Then to top it off the sandwich was lukewarm garbage. Didn't have time to go back in AGAIN and complain so I threw it away

15 minutes for fries and a milkshake. It's a Saturday with no one else in the drive thru mid-day and it takes that long? I finally get my items and the milkshake is only filled halfway and the fries are cold. Like if it's gna take this long make it at least well? Every time I've gone here I'm disappointed and this was the final time. If you're considering it just go to the new cookout across the street you'll be less disappointed, spend less, and be out quicker.
