15 minutes for fries and a milkshake. It's a Saturday with no one else in the drive thru mid-day and it takes that long? I finally get my items and the milkshake is only filled halfway and the fries are cold. Like if it's gna take this long make it at least well? Every time I've gone here I'm disappointed and this was the final time. If you're considering it just go to the new cookout across the street you'll be less disappointed, spend less, and be out quicker.

Took such a long time for a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. I sat in the dining area, which had several knots flying all over. During my extended wait, I observed the cashier screw up about 3 orders. Finally received my order and the cinnamon roll was horrible and luke warm at best. Not a great visit!!!

The food was great, but the cashier seemed like he was trying to scam me out of $5. I used a debit card. Later, he showed me the receipt where said he accidentally put in $5 cash and needed me to give it to him to finish paying. To test him, I told him I wanted to talk to the manager about it. He said he wod get the manager, but the manager never came after 20-30 minutes, so I assumed it was a scam.

We go to Hardee's for a quick meal on the go-mostly breakfast. Their sausage and egg biscuit is my favorite.

Reading is not fundamental at Hardee's. Twice, ive ordered through Doordash. Simple order, one bacon platter with extra bacon, one super bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Twice now, they gave me a REGULAR bacon egg and cheese biscuit with extra bacon, and a bacon platter with no extra bacon. Night shift is worse. Attitudes, slow shuffling, tenders used to be the size of a human finger, now they're handing out baby pinky finger sized ones. As someone who used to work here in its prime, it's completely fell off. This used to be my favorite place, its not anymore.
