If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This store is ran by a bunch of young girls with an attitude. Example: I ordered 2 BEC biscuits because they were advertised as BOGO, the girl first told me they didn't have any for the BOGO. We then ordered them thru the application. When we got the biscuits there was only 1 biscuit. I shoulded her my receipt showing 2 biscuits at which time she thru the second biscuit at me and said HERE.

I got the 2 biscuits for $5. One biscuit was editable and one was not. Hard biscuit and sausage looked a day old. Biscuits used to be good at hardee's but are too thick and harder than they should be.

I frequently use the drive-thru at this Hardee's location. Tonight I ordered at 7:50 and at 7:12 I went inside to check on my order. The manager (I assume) was the kindest and apologized for my wait. I felt the stress in her voice, and realized the workers she had were "non-verbal" and not respectful to her as their leader. Shame on them! This manager, needs someone to step up and give her employees that care!. She is a keeper, but you won't keep her if you don't provide support!
Everytime I go I get great service and the staff is awesome.

I visited on Saturday April 27th around 430pm. When i walked in it was vsry clean and cool. The cashier said welcome to Hatdees. I asked her were the chicken strips were fresh for my daughter. The cook heard me and said sir i will have you some fresh ones in 16 minutes. The entire time the manager on duty was cleaning and smiling. When our fod was ready the cashier brought it to the table with a smile. I asked her to bring me some extra mayonnaise and ketchup, she replied my pleasure. The steipa were fresh and hot and my combo was amazing. The entire staff should be rewarded. Its sad i have to drive to a different town in order to receive such great service. Thanks guys! The peoples names were Alysia, Tomeka, John and Rico and Mier.
