I frequently use the drive-thru at this Hardee's location. Tonight I ordered at 7:50 and at 7:12 I went inside to check on my order. The manager (I assume) was the kindest and apologized for my wait. I felt the stress in her voice, and realized the workers she had were "non-verbal" and not respectful to her as their leader. Shame on them! This manager, needs someone to step up and give her employees that care!. She is a keeper, but you won't keep her if...

I visited on Saturday April 27th around 430pm. When i walked in it was vsry clean and cool. The cashier said welcome to Hatdees. I asked her were the chicken strips were fresh for my daughter. The cook heard me and said sir i will have you some fresh ones in 16 minutes. The entire time the manager on duty was cleaning and smiling. When our fod was ready the cashier brought it to the table with a smile. I asked her to bring me some extra mayonnaise and ketchup, she replied my pleasure....
