The chicken tastes sour, they usually have attitudes, if you order online you still have to wait about 40 minutes on your food because "we only drop chicken at certain times", they rarely ever get your order right, and the back looks disgusting and always has water on the floor. Sometimes the dining room is filthy too. Some of them don't know the difference between white and dark meat. If you say anything about the service, no one cares nor changes anything. Every now and then you may get someone without an attitude and they get your order right but the chicken will still be nasty. No point in going here again.

I will NEVER EVER spend my money at this location EVER AGAIN!!! I dont care that they probably dont care either! How you gonna tell someone you not about to do all that when someone is placing an order! They Never have no chicken wings and when they do they still wont let customers order them! This KFC is one of the best ran KFCs in the area. The biscuits are my favorite part-always cooked to perfection!
My experience was disappointing. Although the chicken wasn't terrible, it was by no means fresh. The corn was dry and shriveled, and the 'sweet' tea was not sweet; I had to go home and add honey to it. Also, the staff were not friendly.

food was great, service was the worst I've ever experienced in any fast food place. ordered two 8 piece hot wings and didn't get any ranch. still got charged for ranch and when I pulled up to the window to ask for ranch, the rudest employee shuts the window on me and walks away. if I could give zero stars I would. The food was pretty good, the employees were nice but very slow cooking . KFC has also got rid of a lot of the good stuff they did have on the menu like the macaroni bowls and the wings?! Store could definitely use a good scrub and some upgrades considering how long it's been at that location.
