I ordered in the app. It asked me to choose a pickup “ready time” I arrived appropriately 29 minutes later as directed by the app. Actually it was 45 minutes. In the drive thru I was instructed that I had to come inside. The manager states they don’t start preparing until pick up time. When I questioned that fact, she states that I lack understanding. Then in the back it is stated that I have attitude.!

Ordered 8 pieces of chicken wait was over 30’minutes. Asked for money back told 2 minutes for order to ready and pull back up and wait with no one behind me. Was over another 5 minutes wait. Crazy at 5pm they do not have chicken cooked for after work pick ups.

Be careful using this store they over charge u ..... My meal was 14.00 they charged me 23.00 for a sandwich .... See you in court owner of this store its the 24th time im over it and im suing for my money back

Went to the KFC in Mullins. I ordered coleslaw and got fries instead. When I took the fries back to the counter, the cashier proceeded to take the fries which I had touched and dump them back into the pan with the other fries. My husband actually ordered fries but his container was not even half full and fries were cold. The cashier proceeded to tell him “you’re a liar” “I don’t pack them like that” “it was full”. Wait… WHAT!?!? That’s how you treat your customers? The final straw was when my husband went to eat his chicken and the batter inside was not even done. The manager proceeded to finally interject her input, but only to argue with us and to state she had not seen her worker dump the fries back in the bin. Poor management begets poor training begets poor service! We will not be returning and a complaint has been filed! It would not take much to investigate as there are cameras in there. THE WORST KFC WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR AT LEAST THE STAFF REPLACED!

This is the only place in my area where you can get chicken lovers (not for me), and their spicy chicken sandwich is the bomb, if you get there when it's freshly made. The last one I had was rubber on a sponge. The time before that, it was insanely, melt in your mouth, DELICIOUS. Again, this is one of those things where the time of day determines what quality the food will be. And the fries I had there the last time, I ate and could taste that the oil was overdue to be replaced. I worked at Mickey-Ds before, and that was one of my many duties, to change the oil, or filter it. You take a dropper sample of oil, compare it to plastic color samples and that tells you, it's time for the old to go.

I drove a great distance to get fresh food. I ordered the $40 meal with a side of extra gravy and livers and gizzards. I knew I had to wait for the livers and gizzards so I expected to be told to pull up.
First I did not get a receipt. Next I was told to pull up after being handed the chicken, tenders, biscuits, and sides. So I am waiting for livers and tenders with the other food sitting.
I called the store to ask for a manager and asked her name. I inform her that the food is sitting while I am waiting. She asks did I want fresh chicken and tenders. My response was yes.
I have been eating chicken all my life and she did NOT give me fresh chicken. They put the chicken and the tenders l back in the grease or something because they were not fresh.
I have been at this KFC many times but never experienced this type of service.

The chicken tastes sour, they usually have attitudes, if you order online you still have to wait about 40 minutes on your food because "we only drop chicken at certain times", they rarely ever get your order right, and the back looks disgusting and always has water on the floor. Sometimes the dining room is filthy too. Some of them don't know the difference between white and dark meat. If you say anything about the service, no one cares nor changes anything. Every now and then you may get someone without an attitude and they get your order right but the chicken will still be nasty. No point in going here again.
