Not sure who was working tonight, but I sat in the drive thru about 15-20 mins. I had to get out & go inside and for the young man to say “they forgot”. I could see customers in the front engaging in more of conversation, which more than likely resulted in the forgetfulness. My food was good, but the service could have been better. First time ever experiencing that at this location.

Watch out using coupons. They have no signs up saying you can't use coupons but they wait until the sub is prepared and then tell you when you are checking out that you can't use the coupons. When asked why they don't have signs up saying what coupons they will accept employee told me that the owner had made them take signs down. So they would rather waste subs than let you know which coupons they take! Crazy!
I went 2 weeks ago and used a coupon..go today and get exact same thing and the girl tells me it doesn't include what I ordered. On the coupon it tells you what it excludes and what I ordered was not excluded on the coupon.. she was not nice at all.
