Store was clean, staff was attentive, fast, and polite. Area of missed opportunity was staff seems to have not been properly trained in sanitary behavior. Young lady working was texting on her cell phone with gloves on the picked up a crunch wrap supreme with the same gloves and placed it in the press to heat it. Staff needs proper training and consistent management to ensure food safety issues. Cell phones are known to carry mold, fecal matter, as well as thousands of other bacteria causing illnesses. Gloves need replaced and hands washed every time we touch our personal items, skin, hair, raw foods or any other non food item, with hands washed in between gloves replacement.

Worst experience and not the first time. The party box's have went up in price and yet there is hardly anything in them. We ordered 2 double decker taco Supreme add nacho ..... just two regular double Deckers. We also got chicken Chipotle wraps... hardly anything inside. So $60.00 wasted. Please do yourself a favor and pass on this TB . YOU CAN NOT FILL UP HERE.

The people at the window are usually very nice, but it's hit or miss if the order is correct. MY son hates sour cream and stresses that in the order. Most orders have at least one of his items with sour cream .Tonite, they got his order correct, but when I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was almost totally dry and empty. It had a couple of small pieces of chicken with 2 thin smears of cheese. So, I had to drive 10 minutes there and back a second time because they NEVER answer the phone. The woman manager didn't want to see it. She just said throw it in the trash. When it was done, she said "Here." No apologies, no coupon for a future taco. They just don't care, and it shows.
