A zero isn't an option but honestly, they deserve negative scores!!!! I contacted Pizza Hut on behalf of a close relative in September and the matter has NOT been satisfactorily resolved. Placed an order for dine in and when the pizza arrived after 45 mins instead of the 15-20 mins as we were told, it was wrong!! Then waited for them to remake the pizza and it was wrong again!!! The service has gotten really bad at this location!!
