we tried to order a pizza today 8/6/25 and we were put on hold immediately and after 11 minutes we hung up. customer service is terrible
Ordered a pizza and salad for delivery.
Pizza was fine.
Salad was ordered with NO onions, NO croutons and extra tomatoes.
What I received was a salad with onions, croutons and NO tomatoes.
Receipt verified with what I ordered online.
Pay attention Marcos and double check your orders before sending them out.
Order was wrong! Blamed it on Dasher. Well hello dasher didn’t make the order.
I was so looking forward to trying your pizza for the
first time but of course my order was wrong and your employee was rude. Rating -10 on customer service.
