Hash is great. However the pulled pork has gone down in quality. Found large chunks of fat. And overall it was on the dry side. And the smoke flavor tasted artifical. Use to be my go to spot for bbq in Aiken area. Still is solid bbq but not what it use to be.

Ever hear the term “100 mile” or “destination” BBQ? This is one of those places worth driving 100 miles out of the way to experience. Outstanding BBQ and sides offered buffet style. Friendly staff and patrons. Absolutely worth checking out. One of my favorite in the country.

We've had Carolina Bar-B-Cue before at a few outdoor parties and enjoyed it, but today was our first time eating at the restaurant.
We both had the BBQ buffet. I found the food to be pretty good, but nothing special. I would have liked hamburger buns for a sandwich, but they only have bread slices. My lovely wife, however, declared that everything was delicious!
The highlight for me was the chocolate pudding with cookies and cream. Yummy!
