This spot is a new location for Los Tres Compardes. It was a little slower pace. The drinks are just okay, and the salsa for the chips are not better than LTC. They're getting better but still a work in progress.
This is a very cozy place. Small but quaint. The service was excellent and the food was great. I ordered the nachos supreme with beef. Very good. Other patrons were having margaritas and they were huge,,,the drinks not the patrons. Unsweetened tea was fresh.
My favorite part of El Patron is that the staff learns what you like and is willing to customize orders for dietary needs. Love having a good Mexican place in New Ellenton! The choriqueso is excellent and the salsa is very good; just the right mix of heat to flavor.
