21 Main At North Beach

Our server was fantastic and our experience was not a reflection of him. My sushi came out first but my husbands filet came out 43 min after my sushi entree. We essentially did not eat together because the kitchen was so backed up and I ate my sushi first and then sat there while my husband ate his steak. It was the first time we've experienced this long of a delay with the entrees (we were ready to just get the check and leave without his steak). The noise level was very loud due to several groups of men obnoxiously talking and laughing without a care of their surroundings. This isn't the restaurants fault but the groups were clearly intoxicated (we even saw of the men fall outside on the sidewalk due to being so intoxicated he could barely walk). This translated into a very loud indoor voice and yelling and nobody told them to please quiet down. Ambiance is always nice here but this experience was very odd and overall not worth the $250 bill. Maybe next time...

Recently hosted my daughter’s wedding at 21 Main Events and have to say that they knocked my incredibly high expectations out of the park. We had a tropical storm blow in the night before and the rain was non stop all day. Our catering manager Candice and Maitre’d Dylan pivoted the plan and managed to find a way for our 120 guests to enjoy the courtyard ceremony without anyone experiencing so much as a drop of rain. The Bridal Attendant Maia along with Dylan and Candice made sure our tablescapes were on point and ceremony space were breathtaking. Our guests were blown away with the food, the facility, the level of service offered by the bartenders and waitstaff, and more than a few guests told us they had never been to a wedding as nice as this or they simply said it was the best they had ever been to. Personally I have worked in the catering industry for 30+ years in NY, even as a Catering Manager for 10 of those years, so I have very high expectations and a critical eye, but there was not one thing that could have been a complaint. It was, in a word, Magical. I knew that walking in my job as my daughter’s wedding planner was actually over and I was able to enjoy the day as a guest. The staff took care of everything and more. I wholeheartedly recommend 21 Main Events if you are looking for a location for your special event. The food was amazing, service, incredible and the professionalism of everyone you will encounter there, on point. I will forever be grateful for everything that they did to make my daughter’s wedding so incredibly special.

A special place to go with friends who appreciate a quality dining experience. While there are other less expensive dining experiences available they do not provide the quality and level of service that you expeience at 21 Main.

Food was excellent, best steaks we have had in a long time. For a fine dining establishment, the servers were so so. Our server did not come over to ask how our entrees were. One server was walking by and said did the chef prepare everything like we asked. I didn't have time to respond because he kept walking. This isn't acceptable at any restaurant, especially a fine dining establishment.

Brian our server was excellent!! Lobster ravioli app. was very good. 8 Oz. Filet was very good and wife had 1lb Alaska King Crab legs. Best she's had other than in AK. Side of lobster bacon mac and cheese was best ever. Warm brownie ala mode was terrific. Left stuffed, obviously. A little noisy but great food and service.

Every time we come here, it never disappoints! The cocktails and wine are amazing, the food is always flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the service is always stellar! Rodrigo was our server, and he was so thoughtful and made fantastic suggestions! We will always come back every time we visit!

Great Food, As always! Server was very social & had an outstanding knowledge of the menu. We will be returning soon.

Good and service was fantastic. Sitting in the bar area was without the ambiance of an expensive restaurant!

The appetizers were fabulous , lump crab and oyster Rockefeller spot on steaks perfect temp and flavor . Our server “Mary Jane” was friendly, knowledgeable and quite enjoyable. This was not our first visit and certainly not our last !!

Food was excellent and Melissa is an expert server! Would recommend both restaurant and ask for Melissa!

Always wonderful going there. I've been there multiple times but very unfortunate tgst when I book a standard table for 1 I am seated at the high top tables by the bar. With a bad back, it makes the occasion difficult.

Service was subpar this time. We have been before and had great service. Had to ask for bread, when they brought it they didn't bring butter. At this price point I shouldn't have to ask for anything.

I felt the atmosphere was not pleasing. From the valet to hostess they just didn't look like they wanted to be there.
