Staff was great and food was too! Great happy hour!
Always enjoy the happy hour prices and love to come here and play pool or shuffle board.
Our favorite waitress, Angelina, has had her hours cut in half. Why? No one seems to know. There is a new manager and you’d think the new manager would take advantage of having an experienced, personable, fun and loved by the customers, as an employee. Everyone misses Angelina (especially at jukebox bingo)and we want her scheduled again with her regular hours! She has established relationships with her customers and we always want to sit in her area when eating, drinking and spending money at 810 Bowling, North Myrtle Beach location. We arrive early to make sure we get in Angelina’s area on Monday nights. Tried to leave a message on the 810 Bowling website but it kept saying error and to try again later! Hoping corporate sees this.
Food is a little expensive but good
Was in letting my son bowl. He has special needs and our stay was so awesome. Organized, super friendly and patient. Kudos to Heather
Spencer was the best bartender I’ve ever had. He made sure we had what we wanted in good timing and was friendly and willing to help us. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!!!
I was there Sunday at 9 pm for the unlimited bowling but our bowling was interrupted due to them saying we ask for bowling, but not unlimited. My husband paid $15 for unlimited bowling as it stated on their website but because the clerk didn't put it in as unlimited bowling we only could bowl for 1hr @$15 . I told the girl that was waiting on us that it said Sunday thur Thursday at 9pm unlimited bowling. She said it was Monday to Thursday but after I showed her from my phone what it said online she went yo get the manager George that said you have to request unlimited bowling at time of purchasing. I told him we did say unlimited bowling and that is why we paid $45 for person. He went on to say that he would go broke if he gave everyone $15 unlimited bowling after 9 pm. I then told him that's what your online says and he said that you have to ask for it, and because the clerk didn't enter it as unlimited bowling, we would have to pay more money for anymore time. That's bad business and false advertising. If it state it on your website, then you should honor it. Usually stores registered automatically enter it in at the time the price changes just like they do with happy our, but unfortunately they didn't honor their advertisements. As a business owner to another, you must honor your advertisements. Why in the world would someone pay $15 for an hour when you can bowl unlimited for $15 at 9 pm to closing? Please make that make sense. Smh

I came in Sunday 9/1/24 with my family The waitress lied about unlimited bowling manager George stated they would run out of business if they honored unlimited bowling without customers asking… he was unaware of what was on the site and continued to argue that they do not do unlimited bowling unless asked for so he would not honor it and he said that the website states that you have to ask for unlimited bowling. I would like more information to the unlimited bowling and stipulations! I would like to see on this website where it states unlimited bowling has to be asked for. This place was also nasty and when we came in to bowl they set us up for a lane that had not been cleaned.
This was the most horrible experience ever. Every bowling alley that has unlimited bowling days automatically honors what is on the site. i would never recommend coming to this bowling alley. I have screen shot every part of this website and I want answers.
I visited 810 bowling today and let me just say AWESOME! The food was great, my server Jay was very attentive and friendly. The drinks were great thanks to Faith. I will definitely be returning here with my family again.
The bathroom was in disrepair. Mold in the sinks. Unsanitary ☹️
The service was abysmal. We ordered for the kids first so that their food could come out before ours. Didn't happen. The waiter kept disappearing and didn't bring any silverware or napkins when the food arrived. The food was absolutely cold. I had nachos and my husband had a club sandwich. The chili on the nachos was cold and so was the cheese. The club sandwich bread was not toasted. The fries were the only thing that were hot.
The bowling lanes are sticky so be prepared to take out a knee if you are use to sliding your foot when you bowl. The Lanes we were on tilted to the right. The balls had some chips in them which was no surprise. Everything is super expensive. $70+ for 5 people to bowl and if you want ice cream it was $55 for one big Sundae, 1 fancy milkshake, 2 plain shakes and 1 scoop of icecream with sprinkles.
Spencer did a awesome job today with our 11 year olds birthday party definitely well come back to see him .
