Talk about AMAZING customer service. The employee Kristina was very helpful & patient. The amount of rude customers coming into this establishment is unbelievable. Very clean facility. Management (Christine) was very nice. Very helpful and answered my questions about the Apple Pecan Salad sandwiches. The Fish Sandwich is delicious though.

Stopped here on Wednesday afternoon.There was only 1 vehicle in the drivethru.I decided to go inside. Service was quick and pleasant.The brisket sandwich was good. The fries were meh.My wife had the beef & curley fries- both were good.$22 for two meals.
Why should I have to check my bag to make sure all my food is in the bag? My 2nd bad experience at this

I love Arby’s roast beef. Today I wanted to try the fish sandwich and boy was it good. The fish was fried crispy and the tartar sauce was delicious and the sauce makes is important part of the sandwich. I will be back for more.

Staff and management alike here do not care. Stood waiting for 20 minutes on an order... manager stood and did nothing to help. I understand they had call outs that night but no one had any other speed than SLOW. I will not spend my $$$ here no matter how much I used to love their food.
