Bar 19 Twelve offers excellent food with standout small plates, including steak tortellini and pork skins. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a nice outdoor seating area that enhances the experience. The restaurant features a good selection of bourbon, wine, and cocktails, and their espresso martinis and pre-made drinks are popular among guests. The small plates and entrees are mostly nicely prepared and delicious, with notable dishes like bacon wrapped shrimp, crab cakes, and the fantastic spare ribs. The beef tips with tortellini received high praise, and the grouper, though a bit meager and with some issues, still contributed to a good overall meal. The smoked old fashions served in a smoke box add a unique touch, though some prefer a more aerated presentation.

The owner Jeff and his wife have done an excellent job with Bar 19 Twelve and their other business, Bin 2004 Wine & Tapas, which is located beside it. The staff is incredible, and the wine selection is even better. The chef is brilliant, and the wait staff, especially Britney, is kind and accommodating. Customers have praised the crab cakes, fried green tomatoes, and deviled eggs as exceptional dishes.
