We took our youth group on a trip to Myrtle Beach and this was the closest Bojangles to us. We called to give a heads up that we would be coming to order about 18 meals. When we called in, the young man that answered was friendly and took down an order. When we arrived, the manager on duty was extremely friendly and helpful. She placed sauces in a box and drinks in a box to help for easier transport. We had our order within minutes of arriving. We were pleasantly surprised at the hospitality, friendliness, and accuracy of our order we experienced at this location. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. It indeed makes a difference! <3

Everything was so fresh, Bo rounds, coleslaw is good, biscuits soft & fluffy. chicken cooked well and fish sandwich made to order. Friendly staff too, especially Susanna!

Everytime I go here they forget something. Tonight it was the biscuit. Getting to the hospital to find out Bojangles failed again puts a damper on my shift.

Had the rudest interaction with the older lady who took my order at the counter today. Cashier #10. I’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone through the drive thru and usually all young folks. Small but caught me off guard because I approached her very kindly. She just made me feel like biggest moron and had an attitude and laughed in my face for the way I ordered. All I said was “can I please get a number 2 combo with no egg” …the drive-thru attendants have never once had a problem understanding my extremely simple order…if I ordered wrong I do apologize but at the same time if you want to suggest a better way to order it, go ahead, but don’t be belittling and rude about it like it’s the end of the world that I ordered the way I did. I’m glad nobody was behind me or around because I probably would’ve teared up from embarrassment because it was so rude for no reason. Weird energy. She wasn’t being nice to the other associates working either. If you hate people that much, I hate to break it to you but customer service isn’t the job for you. Don’t make people as miserable as you are.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to place an order. Manager said she'd be right with me upon entering the store. They had just served there last drive-thru customer and no-one was in the store but me. 3 employees looked at me including the manager again without taking my order. I walked out.

This place has been open around 3 months was super excited to have a bojangles closer to home. My issue is my food has only been hot and fresh once & I think it was bc the g.m was there that night. Now I'm a frequent customer but I pay way to much money to have cold & hard food every time I go. Which is ridiculous bc this is a brand new location. The employees should still be caring. I know I'm a manager in food & retail. I wouldn't serve food like that. But the lady's are very nice.
