Went thru drive through around 4 pm Apr 12 for 2 chicken rice bowls - they had me pull to door since it woukld be a couple of minutes. I waited close to 10 minutes then finally I went inside and asked if there was any chance I would be getting my order. They asked me what I ordered and it was sitting there - they were so busy talking they forgot I had orderd and pulled up to wait. I was handed my order and left. When I got home I found they had neglected to put in the biscuits that come with the order. I've come thru this location many times but the crew working yesterday was far more interested in talking with each other than doing their job.

Employees yelling and cursing In back while I have a little kid in the dining area. Ordered bo very cookies and they gave me chocolate chip instead. When asked for the right one they said they're in the oven. That was a lie. As I'm waiting I hear the staff ask of someone was waiting on cookies. Then said it would be another 10 Minutes. Manager isn't doing anything but serving guest while workers stand around

Our experience was dissatisfaction. Chicken strips that they served was In window for hours. Cold, not juicy, shrunk down to nothing. The kicker was we ordered 8 Chicken strips meal received 7. BBQ sauce was ordered received nothing. Laugh harder it was the Manager that took the order. Your restaurant is a poorly run piece of garbage.

It is my favorite restaurant but they have never treated us as badly as in this one in South Carolina. They are racist. We asked for coffee and not even sugar. They wanted to give us very bad service. We will not return to this restaurant in South Carolina. I am very sad.

When you look up the phrase “just what the doctor ordered” in the encyclopedia, a picture of our evening meal at this fine establishment will surely appear. At the end of a long trek down to SC, the chicken and biscuits that were curated for us were a lovely oasis that satiated our hunger for food and southern flair. Consider our Bo’s jangled.
Stay away got uncooked chicken and when I called back they told me that it's normal to be pink and that it wasn't uncooked and refused to give me my money back or try to make it right even when I brought it back and tried to show the manager so highly don't

Friendly and efficient service! Tasty sausage biscuits.OK. . . so they want you to order thru the Bojangles' app. They claim that it's faster and will same the customer time. Most of the time it takes longer to order thru the app - and then they charge you fifty cents for the privilege of app ordering. I do not agree with charging for app orders.
