About my Sunday night dinner at Bonefish Grill. Better than I expected!! First and foremost the service was amazing!! My servers name was Jamie and he was a rockstar! Me being slightly undecided, He was so knowledgeable about the menu. He was very friendly and quite funnyđ€... Great hospitality! (I think the manager on duty was Daniel, and i had an amazing swordfish ravioliđso GOOD JOB Team!, on a SOLID SHIFT!!)(p.s - ask for Jamie!)

Understaffed, and there were only two other tables occupied. Food was great and what staff they had (the bartender) was fine but he had to run all over to do his job and fill in for others.

Pamela is a great waiter very knowledgeable and very attentive. She made our anniversary very special. They all even signed a card for my wife and I awesome staff there!
The evening started off on a high note â the hostess team was warm and welcoming, and despite being told it would be about a 20-minute wait, we were seated quickly. The atmosphere was great, and the food itself was excellent once it arrived.
Unfortunately, the service was another story. Our server, James, didnât approach the table until nearly 20 minutes after we were seated, opening with âapparently Iâm your waiter, I just found out,â which set a poor tone. From there, service was consistently slow and dismissive. Drinks we ordered through him never arrived, forcing us to walk to the bar ourselves. When food finally came out, part of my order was missing, and it took another 20 minutes for it to be corrected. Throughout the night, James was rarely present at the table and responded to questions with a rude, dismissive attitude.
I fully understand when restaurants are busy â living in a tourist area, I expect it â but this was by far one of the worst service experiences Iâve had locally. Great food, great host staff, nice atmosphere, but the service ruined what should have been a special night.

Quiet and relaxing, think there was a new cook tonight here in north myrtle beach, my fish was warm and overcooked, but the Manager checked on us and he took it back and brought out fresh order. Service from everyone was excellent, highly recommend this restaurant.

Love the food and atmosphere⊠BUT do you need to have it THAT cold in there? My wife and I would have stayed longer for dessert and coffee but we were freezing!
Griffin gave us awesome service. He was very attentive, knew the menu well, made great suggestions and my glass never ran dry. The food was really good. All 4 of us really enjoyed our meal.

Jamie interacted with us and he was very specific when it came to making sure that our food, our atmosphere as well as our drinks were on point. We are from out of town and we were celebrating one of our best friends birthdays and Jamie made it a great night.

We went there for HH b4 our show. Sat at the bar where Lisa was our server.
Unfortunately they do not serve splits of Prosecco, but they did serve sparkling rose which was very good. We chose HH waygu beef cheddar slides which were cooked perfectly med rare, spicy.
For dessert I had an espresso martini,
And a mango crÚme brûlée!
