Absolutely, the worst dining experience ever. The gentleman that seated us must’ve been having a bad day or a bad life. He treated us rudely and his answers were short and laced with venom. The man(We learned he had been there for over 20 years) Was the worst server I had ever encountered. Not once was there an offer to refill any drinks never came back to ask how the food was and he was very slow even though the restaurant was not crowded at all. As for the food, fish and chips that I ordered had as much grease In it as an old bottle of wild root Hairdressing. We complained to the manager, and he told us how wonderful his staff was, and as he tried to convince us, we had a good meal, failing miserably. He did offer to comp our food and to do other things for us all of which I refused because I had no intentions of ever stepping foot into this establishment again. I paid for my food with a 10+ year old bonefish grill card that someone had given me and I can honestly say that the service and food this time is no better than it was those 10+ years ago that I was there.. never again. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Love Bone Fish! Came in to enjoy their delicious grilled oysters for appetizers.Was served my meal first. Had to remind them to bring the oysters. They came out cold and un-grilled?????? Whoever was in the kitchen cooking, obviously didn’t want to cook. Was told that this is how they come? Hence the word “grilled” and not raw, to which they were and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese on top????? The servers were 5 star. As for the lazy cook. A big Thumbs down!!

Enjoyed a wonderful combination meal at bonefish Grill that consisted of Aji tuna grilled salmon, halibut, and mango sausage shrimp! Generous portion excellent price. Large premium sides! Griffin, Our server was professional and attentive! Thanks for a wonderful meal will definitely be back!!
My best friend and I go out to lunch once a week. We ate at Bonefish Grill today for the second time. The reason we ate there was that we were craving a dish we had there before. When we first walked in it didn't start out great as there was nobody at the host stand. I have a broken foot and I wasn't happy to be standing there for a long time especially since the servers saw us. I have 50 years of restaurant experience so I almost took menus and sat us! After a few minutes the Culinary Manager, Alfredo came out of the kitchen and sat us. After I had a talk with him about that kind of service, he waited on us himself for the rest of the meal. We really didn't need menus because we already knew what we wanted so we gave him our order. He couldn't be nicer and friendlier and more apologetic. The food was as good as we expected and we left happy. We'll definitely go back! By the way, we ate a cup of Crab Chowder and if that's a cup I hate to see how big a bowl is! The bread there is awesome. I don't normally eat bread, but I do there. And, right now they have a seasonal dessert of chocolate creme brulee`. Yes, that was as good as you'd expect! Sadly, it will be gone soon!

Food and cocktails are consistent at this site and across all Bonefish restaurants. Server Julie and Bartender Holly are outstanding, they know the menu/cocktails extremely well and will provide any recommendations or question feedback as required. Highly recommend as I go virtually every week for dinner and cocktails.

I was visiting the area because I was thinking about moving down here, I had the pleasure of having Kristina as my server and I just needed to leave a review about how great she was! The food and atmosphere was good, but Kristina really made the experience. She was so sweet and gave me much needed information about the area and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. 5 star service

Rayna was fantastic she was very attentive and made sure I was ok she convinced me to try the Santa pants instead of my usual dragon fruit margarita it was delicious so glad i listened would definitely come back and see her

I have been to this location several times. I believe, for a chain, they have some of the best food and service in the area. My wife and I had a reservation for 5:30 and arrived a few minutes before that. We were seated immediately in a 4-person booth. We were greeted within a minute or so by our server who took our drink orders and told us the nightly specials and features. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals and the server was timely, friendly, and attentive. We really enjoyed our evening.
