We always have a meal at Brisket when we visit the North Myrtle Beach region. Great beer selection, authentic Southern cuisine, delicious!! We love the fried green tomatoes. Tonight I had the fried collard sandwich (with fried green tomato and bacon on a hushpuppy bun [more like a pancake]) and it was SO good!! I would eat here A LOT if I lived locally!! 💕

Great service (Shane), amazing food, and great drinks. My husband and I share a 2 or 3 meat platter and it is more than enough. Would recommend hush puppies, greens, Mac and cheese, and slaw. Yum!! Sauces are great- mis the mustard and spicy!!!

I met the owner, Shane and knew right away that food is his passion. I was welcomed in and treated like family. This is some of the best and most delicious, brisket, chicken and ribs that I have ever had. I found my favorite new spot and cant wait to go back. 100/10 recommend! Go see Shane and see what true BBQ is! Thank you!

Love Brisket! Best BBQ ever. My husband gets the brisket every time. Always cooked to perfection. The burnt ends are another favorite. The pulled pork and pulled chicken are great too. The variety of homemade sauces is sure to please everyone. get the stuffed jalapeño peppers for an appetizer if you like a little spice. Sooo good! As far as their sides, you’re going to have a hard time choosing just one. Homemade baked beans are my favorite but the Mac and cheese is to die for. The burgers are awesome too. The beer selection is great and i think they make the best margarita on the beach.
If you eat there once you’re sure to return .
The bartenders and servers are attentive and will recommend something for you if you can’t decide. Save room for dessert too!
Got the brisket, ribs and hush puppies. Food was fantastic. We sat at the bar and the bartender/server was on point- quick, friendly and checked in with us often. Definitely will be heading back.

Brisket is consistently good food, and this visit was no exception. We tried the pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and sausage—everything was delicious and very filling. You definitely won’t leave hungry. The standout of the meal was the macaroni and cheese; it’s absolutely the highlight. The only downside was that it wasn’t served hot, and we had to send it back to be reheated.
The atmosphere could use a little improvement. There was a waitress at the bar who was extremely loud, which took away from the experience a bit. On the bright side, our waiter Xavier was wonderful—very kind, attentive, and on top of everything.
The furniture could use an update, but overall it’s a solid hole‑in‑the‑wall spot with great food. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying the outdoor seating once summer rolls around.

After many trips to North Myrtle Beach, we made our first visit to Brisket and it definitely will not be our last. The food was delicious and the service was great. Brisket will certainly be on our must have list, when we're in town, from now on.

Wow! Not sure who is portioning out to go orders but for $20 you would think they would try to at least fill a container of Mac n cheese. The food is tasty and we have enjoyed the food many times. It only looks like we ate half of it before even taking one bite.

We were really looking forward to our first visit, but unfortunately the experience fell short. My son’s chicken tenders were burnt and very dry. I ordered the salmon, and it was cold—our server explained that they serve it cold, but it was honestly unpleasant. My other son enjoyed his brisket, but the fries that came with it were burnt.
We didn’t say anything at the moment, but I wasn’t able to finish my salmon ( gross) . I’m sharing this feedback kindly in hopes it helps improve future guests’ experience.

We love trying new places (especially bbq) on trips and this place is at the top of our list. We tried the brisket, pulled pork, and the smoked turkey (my personal fav) and everything was delicious. The hush puppies with their house made sweet butter is a MUST try. We also had their house made pecan and peach bourbons that are worth trying if you like bourbon. Service was great and food came quick. Highly recommend this place!

The pulled pork, and collard greens were outstanding! I think we went too late in the evening because the brisket seemed like it had been reheated.
We will definitely go back when they open to see what the brisket taste like fresh out of the smoker.
The waitress was great and she recommended the collard greens they were some of the best I ever had!
