We had an issue with a take out order, Justin, the AGM took personal, professional and exceptional care of the problem and went above and beyond to make things more than right. Great customer service. BWW is our favorite sports bar, we love the atmosphere, the food and the numerous deals on the App. As a Blazin' Rewards member there are a lot of deals to be had. We will continue to be regulars and Justin is one of the many reasons we will do so.

We ordered 2 sampler plates that are 17 dollars a piece everything on them was burnt 🔥 the fried pickles were not separate there was like 4 per piece as a person who works in the restaurant industry this food was terrible the waitress was informed we would like to speak to a manager..... manager never came trash food 10 outta 10 don't recommend unless ur forced to eat here

Our first time at this location. The smashburger with tater tots was very good. The sampler platter was good also. Since I am not a pepsi fan, I tried there passion fruit mint soda and it was amazingly good. Not sweet at all, very refreshing. Tyler was our server. He was friendly and very polite. He wrote down our orders, but they still came out wrong. So that was not his fault. I believe he had our entire section by himself, so the service was very slow. We felt bad that he was so busy, so we still left him a generous tip of 22%. Their happy hour menu looked like it has some good specials, so we will be back during the week while we are in town.

Being on vacation the whole week we were able to visit multiple times here at the north Myrtle location. Always a great place for the game. They even have lunch specials that are great deals. Drink specials too. It’s kinda funny but this place used to be loaded all the time. I guess more competition in the area matters. But we still love this place. The staff is very friendly and respectful. Great for large groups. Come watch your favorite team.
We try to avoid this location as much as we can as the service Is usually well behind other locations. On the most recent visit, we ordered everything pretzel knots and 20 traditional wings extra crispy. We specifically asked for the pretzel knots to come out first as they almost never do. Not only did they not come out first they didn’t come out at all. When the food runner came out to give us our wings we mentioned again we also had pretzel knots that we ordered. They never showed up. We ordered 15 wings with dry rub and five wings with sauce. Unfortunately, the dry rubbed wings just had the dry rub sprinkled over the top of them, not covered in the rub (Like every other location we’ve ever been to in America). This is the one location that only sprinkles it over the top, which is kind of ridiculous. This would’ve been a one star review, except the wings were cooked to perfection. They just really need to step up their service.

Veterans Day holiday and they only scheduled 3 servers and 1 was a no show. Folks leaving from waiting so long for any kind of service. Was not the servers fault cause the 2 that were here were running their butts off. This was a management failure 100%

I ordered food for 2 people and nothing was correct at all except a piece of cheesecake. I ordered it through delivery. I called and spoke to a very unprofessional manager guy on November 8th at 7:15 and he just said there’s nothing he do about it and that was it. I spent 60+ dollars for a piece of cheesecake and he can’t do anything about it not receiving what we ordered??? I will not go back and will not order from them again! By the way I live here I’m not a tourist!

I was seated right away at Buffalo Wild Wings, but after sitting for 15 minutes, not a single person even acknowledged me — no greeting, no drink order, nothing. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, so there really isn’t an excuse for being ignored completely. I ended up leaving without ever being helped. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not the kind of service I expect from a place like this
