Carrabba's Italian Grill

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat! The hostess, Jaden, greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome. Our server, Chelsie, was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with expert recommendations. The food was phenomenal – each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a memorable dinner. I can't wait to return and enjoy another fantastic meal!

We used to be regulars here but stopped coming for a bit. Today was our first time back and it was amazing! Around 1:30ish we decided it would be nice to come in for an early dinner/ late lunch. When we walked in a young girl with a huge smile greeted us, and brought us over to a table. The restaurant was busy at this time so we felt terrible to ask but mentioned to her it would be better if we could have a booth. She had the best attitude and was happy to stop what she was doing and wipe us down a booth and even let us choose which one we’d like! Off the bat amazing service from this young lady who told us her name is Jayden! We then waited almost no time for our server, named Jared to greet us! He was very attentive and knew what he was talking about, thank you Jared! Food was amazing just as we remembered it and everything came out in a very timely matter. Definitely a warm welcome back from the staff and we’re excited for our next visit.

Awful service, Hostess was so mean everything was put on the waiter he was running around because no one was doing there job, So if u want to wait 2 hours to get ur food eat here. No manager in sight either.

Hostesses are awful...Very dismissive and act like they doing you are favor. Wait staff was amazing and food was amazing. I almost walked out due to the greeting, or lack of.

This was 💯 percent the BEST experience we've had yet here at Carrabba's, from the service to the food! Our server Kyliegh was a delight, super attentive & accommodating! We are saucey ppl (we like a lot of sauce & will pay for it) & she didn't forget anything! Everything was on point, from our sever, to the drinks & food! Lately (since covid) we've seen everything decline, from food to service while prices are unattainable...but last night was exceptional! The food came out perfectly cooked from our app shrimp scampi, to our fresh salads to our entrees...my husband Italian trio & my chicken trio! We love your new drink menu too! My Italian margarita was phenomenal & my husband's espresso martini & pomegranate martini the same! Thank you Kyliegh for making our lil date night wonderful!

I placed a lunch order through Instacart, and when it was delivered, my entire meal was missing. The rest of my family’s meals and salads were there, but mine wasn’t. I called Carrabba’s and spoke with the manager on duty (I wish I had caught his name!). He immediately went out of his way to make it right—he had my entrée remade fresh, personally drove his own vehicle, and hand-delivered it to me. On top of that, they included a complimentary dessert. Truly outstanding service—he went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Carrabbas in north Myrtle beach is the best. The staff is amazing and I had a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend. Ask for server Chelsie if available

Me and my man were on our weekly date night and our server was Lauren ,she did an amazing job she was so sweet and very attentive to us and was overall just a pocket full of sunshine !! Will definitely be coming back to see my girl.

Carrabba's is a perfect 10! They have a compelling menu that offers a range of savory options for all tastes. The service, shout out to Sachin, was attentive without hovering, we never felt rushed. Carrabba's is the place to be for a casual weekday dinner or a large gathering with old friends.
