My cousin and i came in after school to get some school work done and right when we got here we had an amazing welcoming and the worker was amazing i believe her name was terra not sure but she was awesome and we loved her!

Host and chef both were friendly and helpful in choosing my appetizer and entree; very clean!! Slightly higher prices, but the quality makes it worth it and it's not ridiculous

My boyfriend and I have always loved coming to Cha House whenever we’re in the area, but this last visit was really disappointing. We both ordered the Dirty Tiger, and honestly, it just tasted like plain white milk with boba. There was barely any flavor (kinda like diluted leftover cereal milk) , just a little drizzle around the cup, and that was it. It was made so quickly that I couldn’t help but feel like corners were cut.

We each drank maybe a quarter of it before throwing them out while walking around the plaza—it just wasn’t worth finishing. Spending over $13 for two big cups of what felt like milk with some boba at the bottom was really frustrating.

Not sure if the recipe has changed along with the new menu and interior updates, but it’s definitely not the same Cha House we used to love. Really sad to say we wouldn’t come back for this anymore.

Awesome place with amazing food! We ordered Dragon One sushi with friends, and we were amazed at how good and fresh it was! Another big plus is the boba tea!

If I could give more stars for the service and atmosphere, I would! The food was good, but the sweet front of house staff and the great music and decor are the things that have me feeling like I found a hidden treasure.
They have a hibachi-style menu, with some sushi and a few things along those lines. But ALSO, I was able to get a delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Latte and it was absolutely superb! Tyra, who served my husband and me, was a sweetheart! Not only did we feel welcome, but celebrated. There was also another server there who was super friendly, too. The whole experience was an 11 out of 10.

The one thing I should mention for anyone planning to visit, is the food is a liiittle pricey. Of course, it may have been that we went a little over the top.. we ordered three lattes, an appetizer, two entrees and a soda, and it was right at 100 bucks. Being date night, we weren't worried about the price.. but, if you're on a budget, maybe don't go as all out as we did.. lol.

The restaurant was very accommodating and the food was excellent.Tyra and Chloe were fantastic. So many wonderful dishes to explore! Definitely put it on your list for great Asian food and warm atmosphere!!!

I ordered hibachi chicken to go. I didn’t look at the prices on the menu. The food was good but $26 for the food with no drink, salad or soup is ridiculous in my opinion.

No ramen available, other diners meal came out first, finished before my meal came out, appetizer came at end of meal. Asked to take soup home, given container at table, almost spilled everywhere. For lunch, one appetizer, one soup, one poke bowl, two sodas, one milk tea, $72.00 with tip.

Some of the best food my family and I have had in a while, everything had such a good flavor and presentation. Amazing drinks as well, 11/10 I loved eating here.
