Best Chic-fil-A I've ever visited. Very clean, good food, but the staff makes it the best. They are very attentive, and they should all get a raise. They exemplify what makes this chain so good.

I noticed today that it was cops for coop day at this location and I wasn't acknowledged by any of your officers except the cop of color. I was nice enough to leave a donation even though I wasn't acknowledged by the officers. What a poor charity service experience I had today. It would have been better if I was acknowledged by the whole team but only the guy color acknowledged me and I respect him for that. Overall, service was great and employees were friendly.

Quick drive through to grab dinner after a long day. Drive-thru was quick and easy, with no issues. The food was hot and delicious. All staff was friendly and smiling.

Wow. I know you think I'm crazy for a one star,,,, but the Cobb salad was a hands down!! Maybe a 1/4 pc of cold chicken, hardly no cheese and one half of an egg, no crumbled bacon...if you want a good Cobb salad go to Zaxby...

Place is a chaotic mess, wasn’t busy but everyone was running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Ran out of lids for frosted drinks and milk shakes. Didn’t give me the sauces that I asked for and I had to go back up and ask for them, but had to wait till my food got cold because the workers ignored me and helped the person waiting behind me before me, which may have been race related but I can’t prove that. The fire alarm went off for a solid 10 mins. By far worst experience I’ve ever had at a chick fila. Usually the service kind of sucks here but it was much worse than usual tonight. Must’ve been because the short kid Austin wasn’t there, I think he holds the place down.

Utilized the drivethru, waited at the window for over 20 minutes for our food, a line started wrapping around the building as a result. No one let us know what was going on untill I asked. Incidents like this, employees should be more proactive, and let a customer know what's going on, not leave them twisting in the breeze. Arby's next door will be a better experience...

I had gotten a chicken deluxe sandwich and it was good, something different from my usual but the waffle fries was bad (warm but not good).

I’m normally a big fan of Chick-fil-A, but the drive-thru at the North Myrtle Beach location in the mornings is painfully slow. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to leave the line because it just sits at a standstill for 10+ minutes, with no movement and no effort to have customers pull forward to wait for their food. If you’re on any kind of schedule, avoid this location in the mornings at all costs—you won’t make it anywhere on time!
