Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was the worst meal experience I’ve ever had. Prices listed online did not match what they charged. I ordered the steak high protein crispy tacos, they had no shells, when looking, someone in the back said somebody must have dropped them again. I accepted the soft ones and as the server was making them she said there was a up charge for the extra meat, she put pork instead of steak, there was no fajita veggies available, she scraped three tbs of quacamole out of the empty tin for another up charge of $2.50+. The tacos were sloppy and cold.
Our bill came to nearly $50 for 3 tacos, a berrito, and 2 med cokes. As my wife started to pay with cash the cashier stated that they had no change and expected her to say ‘keep the change’ so she paid with a card.
If Chipotle doesn’t close this place, the health dept might.
I used to like this restaurant chain. I guess the new TV ad campaign is just BS when it comes to the NMB, SC location

Messed up and order and don’t load the bowls at all :(

Went in an hour and 15 minutes before it close. Every protein looked hard as a rock. The rice and the beans looked like a picture of the Grand canyon. The guy told me I just work here man. We're almost closed. I said you're not almost closed. You're open for over an hour. I said just forget about it..

Went back to try it a second time. Months later 3 hours before close again. Everything hard as a rock and empty. They kept on putting new stuff on top of old stuff, places filthy and disgusting. For god sakes change out your pans at least every couple hours. The food looks appalling. Service was good but I had to wait for them to cook meat. Had to wait for them to cook vegetables. Had to wait for them to cook fajita stuff and the beans I just stayed away from because it looked like the Grand canyon. This will be the last time I ever go into this Chipotle

i’ve been coming to this chipotle for a few years & these guys are always KILLING IT!! they get so busy & idk how many people they’re supposed to have on at a time but they always look understaffed. when they run out of stuff they let you know as soon as you come in so you can decide if you want to stay or not. anyways the crew is always polite & work fast & efficiently. i will continue to come here regardless of how long the line is!

No sense of urgency to assist customers who are waiting and waiting and waiting

We arrived on a Friday night at 7:50 pm. The store was a mess!! Out of carne asada, lettuce, and chips!! Like they don’t close until 11 pm!! We won’t be frequenting this establishment anytime soon!!

My favorite for myself and my daughter. Can you turn me on to Chipotle and it's been one of my favorites ever since. I believe it to be a healthy menu I'm feeling for a good price. I highly recommend them a must try
