Stopped in for a tasting and realized that it is really overpriced. Asked the price of a glass of a red we tasted and they wanted $20 for one glass. The entire bottle is only $34 at total wine and more!! Was $40 with tip for two tastings of 5 wines. Went to the other winery at barefoot and paid $12 for 2 tastings of 7 wines!! Bartender was nice but I personally felt a little rushed.

Having traveled the country doing wine tastings, I was surprised that we were poured a dribble of a tasting without giving us the tasting prices. After we drank one I noticed the pricings on a board that was on the back side of the bar and inquired. 6 tastings for 15$ is a ripoff, or 4 for 12. That is double than we ever paid before. Reading the reviews and also finding their wines are grossly overpriced I'm sure this is a sales technique. I see the owner defending this by letting his customers know that the server was a veteran and thanked them for the insult. I had no problem paying for the two tasting we did and leaving. Just because this was at barefoot landing, don't be deceived thinking it goes with the territory. We went down a couple shops and got 12 tastings each for 10$. Then drove down the street to Dupins and got cheese, crackers,11 tastings and a full glass with entertainment for 15$. I have no problem businesses making a dollar, but what they do here is obviously crooked. And my advise to the owner is to quit smearing our veterans on your businesses behalf, I'm sure they would've been offended.

Very nice place. I love the atmosphere and decoration. So many wines to choose from. Susan and Thomas were very nice and friendly and helpful. We did a tasting of Mostly sweet and dry white wine. Were all good especially the mango Moscato. I like how they give you a decent tasting of all. Left with a bottle of mango Moscato. Would reccomend.

Thomas knows his wine! If you want to do some testing at barefoot come here!!!
Thomas was so helpful for our group of ten this evening! He adapted his tastings and recommendations to each of our personal preferences. Loved the international selections. Every time I visit with different guests they never disappoint!

I went on a Tuesday afternoon and walked right in and got instant service. The bartender was friendly and after I told him what kind of wines I like, he served me 6 wines that I liked. Some more than others, but I enjoyed all of them. (You can do wine tastings with 4 or 6 tastings). I ended up buying a glass of my favorite wine to go and a bottle of it. They also sell mimosas and Jell-O shots! You can walk around barefoot landing with the drunks. The bottle of wine was pricier than I usually go for, but it was delicious. There is a nice, large bar to sit at for tastings and a small couch area to sit at. My son waited for me in the couch area and enjoyed the air conditioning.

Very rude man serving during wine tasting. Our group would have bought several bottles, but not supporting a rude place. Learn customer service and how to speak to people/customers!

i never write reviews but couldn't help myself. Thomas should advertise that their bloody Mary's are made with sake before I spend 15 dollars on a drink that ended up in the trash. He makes the drinks behind a curtain so who knows what its actually made with. Didn't even put ice in it. And their "to go cups" is just a red solo cup. If you enjoy walking around with an overpriced warm Bloody Mary made out of Japanese wine this is the place for you.
