I came here on Sunday August 24th at 12:10 a.m., extremely slow service ( all I ordered was three shakes and it took them more than 15 minutes), every time I attempted to ask the tall white boy with blonde curly hair and a visor he completely ignored me. *MANAGER - YOU NEED TO FIRE THAT boy. I was advised that it was his second day working well it should be his last. He completely ignored me this was my first time coming to this cookout and because he completely ignored me he didn't tell me to go to the side window and neither did the person taking my order. As a result, the whole line to the drive-thru was backed up and i had to deal with the guy behind me. All because that CURLY BLONDE TALL WHITE BOY WHOSE 2ND DAY HERE DIDN'T TREAT ME LIKE A HUMAN AND TREATED ME LIKE I DIDN'T EXIST.!! When I did get to the window and let the woman with the dreads in her hair no DON'T COME HERE. When i told the lady what happened she blew me offand was like it's his 2nd day. SO WHAT!! HE'S A HUMAN RIGHT - DINT IGNORE PEOPLE !!! MANAGER: FIRE HIM

It was ok. Fries were cold and soggy. No seasoning whatsoever. Considering we were in line for 20 minutes and im sure most people got fries they should have been hot and crispy.

I'm giving them a pass because the chain as a whole is a good organization. They struggled to get the food out accurately and in a timely manner (15 minutes). The shake team was rocking it. Trash cans were overflowing...so not our best day at Cookout.

First time trying the restaurant, we went through the drive thru at Myrtle Beach and they left 3 food items off our order. Didn't realize until we were back in our hotel ready to eat. What food we got was really good.
