They do not pay attention to details...i ordered a sampler platter did not get all of my food and I to wait over 45 minutes for my food. Not good.

All was great except when I went to use my gift card. It wouldn’t allow the card stating invalid expiration, which these do not have. Tried to use the number on the back of the card to contact someone and was told I had to use the chat option online. I finally was able to resolve the issue but I am on vacation and have not received my replacement cards yet. Frustrating.

We go there a good amount but last night was not a good experience. I’m guessing because everyone was too concerned about the holiday party that you were having that evening. But you didn’t have enough clean plates, food was brought out at different times so you may get the main meat then slowly get your sides, you also had only two deserts (1 being a cupcake and the second being cobbler) we were looking forward to the other pies we have had many times that are advertised. Hopefully next time, this will be a better experience. I get some nights you may have something happen, but that night you had like three or four different issues. Some of the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or seemed to have attitudes when I was trying to prevent some extra steps they didn’t have take which was bringing our receipt before we were going to add desert. After that receipt thing happened is when they came back with only two desert options and didn’t seem too friendly. It could have just been her personality I guess? The hostess was very friendly though.

This review was requested via email. I was going to just let it be but since you asked- Ordered the Grandmas Sampler and not only did the French Toast come out cold and hard, the serving size was tiny. When the server returned a few minutes later and I explained the problem, she said “I told them that they should make some more fresh ones” and left. The second round of French toast was much better but I couldn’t tell the server that since she only breezed by to drop (literally) the check off. Our $5 take home meal was never brought to us even though we ordered it along with our breakfast, reminded her when she brought out the dishes, and when she dropped the check, eventually we just left and had it removed at the cash register.

30 minutes to wait for an overcooked steak and eggs. Add an additional 20 minutes for the replacement. The service wasn't really good either.

I made a big blunder when I ordered our Thanksgiving meals, and the day was saved by a wonderful young lady who helped my dad and her kind-hearted, understanding manager. Thanks to them, we were truly able to enjoy the day. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was incomparable!

We have stopped at several Cracker Barrel locations. Was at one two weeks ago and finally had hash brown casserole that was like years past. Just about every time we order this it is hard, dried out and cold. If you cannot consistently serve this the way it should be please take of off of the menu.

I ordered the Thanksgiving dinner for take out. There wasn't one thing that was actually edible. Even the rolls were stale. I threw the whole plate away. Very disappointed and I will never order a holiday meal from them again.

Estimated wait was 125 minutes. Left for restaurant a little before 430. Arrived on app. Went inside and was seated immediately
Server, Dash was PERFECT. Dinner was served piping hot in a flash!!! Walked out to car about 535!!!!This store had it 100% tonight!!!!
