Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Good , dog In the restaurant, sitting in persons lap eating the food... that is in No way is a service dog. Why is the restaurant allowing that ???.

I had a to go order of Shepherd pie once they gave me the order they told me they was out of mashed potatoes, but went ahead and fixed it and gave it to me. The potato casserole topping was burnt, supposed to been peas and carrots, and it was three carrots in it, no peas And the last time I went, they left out a side out my order. They need to change their management team, but I will never go back there again.

The food was amazing! The service was even better. Jerimee paid very close attention to detail, especially regarding my son’s food allergy. We will definitely return to this location because of our positive experience.

Stopped in for brunch because I wanted “crispy around the edge” pancakes, and that’s what I got! Food was good. Atmosphere was normal Cracker Barrel and Abbi my waitress was top notch! She checked on me and was very attentive! Had plenty of food left over to take home.

Server was ok. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks and still had not gotten our food. Service was very slow. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. Store part was very nice.

I was very disappointed with the new menu and with the flavoring of the food. The service and atmosphere has not changed.

Went there tonight and the service waitress needs a huge push! She is very sweet but lacks skills to be a waitress. She walked by our table numerous times not paying attention to our drink glasses. We had to ask for silverware after we were given our food. We were never given any biscuits or muffins, waitress said that is extra now. Very disappointed!!

Great place to eat, large choice of different types of food

My mom and I went in today for breakfast, both of us got gravy biscuits, the biscuits were raw inside, the gravy watered down and barely warm and the bacon under cooked. We had a waitress in and trainee and neither one of them cared less. almost $30.00 for nothing, we basically had tea for breakfast.
