Highlight of my trip and the best part of my week. The food was good, but that little store they have at the front is why I'm leaving my review.

A new year, a different Cracker Barrel. As always, and without fail, great food. Then there was our Server, Miss Lauren D. Huge smile on her face before she even got tableside. Wonderful interaction with my wife and I. Just as kind, genuine, informative, and expedient, as one could be. What a great representative of the Cracker Barrel brand, Miss Lauren is. I have said this once, and it’s worth repeating…What Cracker Barrel needs is a Fifth Star⭐️ for that one Server, company wide, who exemplifies, and exceeds, all aspects of their job. Miss Lauren D fits that description. My wife and I work all across the United States, and interact with hundreds of servers a year, so when I say this young lady is deserving of a Fifth Star⭐️, she exceeds all expectations. So I write this again to the CEO of Cracker Barrel, I think it’s time the company considers a Fifth Star⭐️, and my recommendation, this year, is Miss Lauren D as the recipient. Great job!

Very disappointing I order this a day or so prior to arriving in town so that I was fully prepared for dinner and didn’t have to cook. I scheduled pick up time for 4pm. I arrived a little after 4, they didn’t know what I was talking about but then figured out of course it was online order. They said shouldn’t be long, well it was a good 30-40 min wait from there . They kept looking at me like can I help you and I would explain again why and what I was picking up. The. They would say well it’s kind of a big ordered, it’s 2 meant and three vegetables and half gallon of tea and lemonade. Seemed like locals there they spoke to and I felt as though it was a very unpleasant experience. Then they kept telling people drive around back for their meal pickup but I waited out front and when they brought it out it was all in one paper bag, the bottom was leaking when I got it in the car I laid down a towel and by time I got to my rental bag was completely broke. Just not great service I spent 100.00 of my hard earned money and I feel i should have had better treatment than what I received.
