The first order of donuts purchased this morning were terrible the staff was very busy so unfortunately the donuts were freed and then put directly into the box with the toppings on them. Of course everything melted off. Not good for $26 worth of donuts I called the number of the store and got a voicemail to leave a review. 3 hours later I received a call from the regional supervisor Sheeran. She was very upset that this occurred and she offered to make it right for us. She was very professional and apologetic. A good manager a good outcome. I would recommend duck donuts to everyone

so looking forward to trying the donuts , very disappointed staff was horrible just wanted a glazed donut and a chocolate glazed with sprinkles nothing difficult but this is what i got a hot sloppy soggy donut and stuck to the box

Donuts that are made to order. They should explain that they are warmed up and then decorated, so if you order any any fancy cream donuts they turn to a puddle of mush.

What a delightful surprise 😮 we stopped in on a whim and got a dozen donuts, coffee and hot chocolate 🍫 the hot chocolate was good and he enjoyed his coffee but the highlight for sure was the amazing donuts! So many options to chose from and not a single donut was bad! The donuts themselves are light and fluffy with the perfect amount of chew. The toppings are plentiful and high quality 👌
