Decided to stop and get some donuts because we absolutely love Duck Donuts! Store is very clean and organized. Ordered at the kiosk and waited. Was able to watch our order being made and the workers were so nice and friendly. Definitely recommend Duck Donuts at North Myrtle!

While they have a very unique selection of donuts the staff was so rude. Yelling at customers to shut the door when the lobby was so packed they could barely fit in the door. Claimed they “ran out” of product when In reality they just were busy and didn’t want to make it. They were refusing to take orders from the register forcing everyone to order at the kiosk and causing the small lobby to be over crowded. One employee complaining about how everyone is ordering a dozen and how she was going to take her time making them because “we all act like they are already made.” I’m in from out of town and come here every year and definitely will NOT be coming back here.
