When I arrived after placing an online order, only the coffee was ready which is no big deal, but it was missing the cold foam as well. After about 5 minutes of waiting, my single piece of banana bread still wasn’t ready. Each of the 3 employees not only made eye contact with me, but promptly ignored me! I then had to speak up and ask for the rest of my order, to which who I assume is the manager rolled her eyes and proceeded to just toss my food onto the counter. I am so disappointed and frankly butthurt with the service; I come here every Monday and Tuesday when I work in the strip plaza but I highly doubt I’ll be back. HORRIBLE service

It would be awesome if they were able to open at the time posted on their door; they consistently are drive thru only in the mornings yet their lobby hours state they are open. Due to the size of my vehicle, I can’t use the drive thru and have to take my business elsewhere

The food wasn't bad. The lady at the window didn't seem too happy to be there when taking my money for my order, so that was a little awkward. They were out of plain bagels pretty quick this morning, so I went with an everything bagel. While the bagel still tasted okay, the bagel was a little tough to chew. But my coffee was on point, so it isn't a bad Dunkin to visit when you need to get something to drink.

I went twice. Only one employee was friendly. I ordered a bacon avocado toast and asked if he was sure the bacon was on my toast he said yes. After I got back to my room, there was no bacon on my toast. They made the coffee wrong also.
The place is very clean. They do get slammed in the mornings. Make sure you double check your order.

I purchased a dozen doughnuts and I was very disappointed. There was no glaze on the glazed. Barely any powered sugar on the powered ones. Jelly one was stale. Coffee and iced green tea was very good though.

Went into this dunkin' donuts to sit down and have some breakfast in a second I realized that the bathrooms were blocked because that's where they keep their donuts very unhappy needed to go and was going to spend 20 bucks. I hope we find a better method next time I stop by.

Manager needs replaced, she is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to manage her employees. We waited over 25min for two food items. Asked for a refund and she was extremely rude and offered no apologies, simply said they are really busy. However they had about 12 employees working and weren’t that busy. People behind us were still waiting for their food when we left. Don’t waste your time with this location, go elsewhere

This is now the second or third time they have messed up my order completely. If I could give them no stars I would. I took my kid with me this morning to get some breakfast and when we got home to eat the “sandwich” I had ordered was just a rock hard bagel. I drove back to the store to have my order fixed and they didn’t offer any sort of reimbursement and didn’t even apologize for the mistake or anything. I have worked in food service for a little over 10 years and the most important thing is to say I’m sorry about that. We’ll fix it for you right away. The manager used the excuse that they are all new or J1 students, which last time I checked is not my problem. Employees should be properly trained, and if not, The orders are written out on tickets and put directly on the bag so it’s not that hard to double check and make sure everything is correct before you hand it off to the customer. Will not be going back to this location anymore.
