While this place has a great seafood selection, take it home and do it justice. French fries were stuck together and not cooked, fish was over battered, overcooked and and good for the gulls. Sad but there are so many great places(McClellanville is one) that lightly breads and correctly cooks the fish.
It is a great seafood market. Huge selection and very good prices. We purchased scallops, crab meat, shrimp and flounder. Everything was very fresh. Short wait to be waited on and they were knowledgeable and nice.
Had our Friday night family dinner from this restaurant we ordered seafood platters, which included fish, oysters,shrimp and crabcake. The food was very hot and very flavorful. This was my first visit here it was ordered as a carryout, but I will definitely visit again and highly recommend if you’re looking for seafood in the area.
