I loved how it looked and the crew workingbut was really disappointed in the subs im around the corner and the bread was really mushy
So slow. They are either under staffed or just terrible at their jobs. Had to wait because they “were behind on a few orders” but kept taking phone orders. Made no sense.
Good food. Dirty restaurant
Great food hot and tasty hot sauce bar is a plus
When I walked in there was no air conditioning two teenagers were working there was a long line and it smelled bad. It was clearly understaffed and not very well maintained. This is the second time this has happened recently I will not be going back

I’m assuming who is the manager needs retraining, black girl in the green collard shirt working Thursday 3/6/25 around 2pm. She was in the back sitting down and one guy with dreads working, he was super nice but super busy because he was the only one working. I was there to pick up a door dash order and it wasn’t even started when I arrived, the guy with dreads asked the manager if she could make my order and she rudely said I guess I can make it. The whole time she was walking slow, dragging feet, slamming stuff, made someone else’s order before mine even though she knew I was right there waiting… when I got the bag it wasn’t secured for DoorDash so I asked for a sticker, I again got an attitude, how is this person a manager? She obviously hates her job and has no customer service skills

First time ever ordering from here and last. Order steak sandwiches. Got there to pick up. They said they were out of steak. Come on man. Really! Drove from Longs to hear that. Went over to Jersey Mikes. They had steak. Fire house , Poor management. Couldn’t tell me over the phone or a call back before I drove there for y’all too tell me that. Oh. Anna - Trista. No need to answer. My mind is made up.
Very professional and helpful
The staff were very helpful and patient thru the whole visit. Also, thru were very knowledgeable and conscientious to the dietary needs for my son who has gluten/wheat allergies.
The sandwiches this visit were OK. Took a while to get them, and the soda machine was broken.
