$10 something for a sandwich that’s palm to tip of middle finger. You’ve got to be kidding…. With all the sandwich places there are this is how small you make your sandwiches for $10 something. I rather go to Publix. This company is out of their mind. I will not be going back. And I wouldn’t recommend. Stop with the fancy sandwich holders and take that money and make the sandwiches bigger and just give it to ppl in paper. I’m mean why make MORE GARBAGE. SMH ??♀️

Firehouse is hit and miss.This time around our order took a bit longer than what I was expecting.Usually we are in and out.The restaurant is clean, staff nice and friendly.We ordered meatball subs this time around, I can't say that they were the best. I would have stuck with the Italian but they were out of some of the ingredients. The briquette is always a favorite too.
Ordered thru the app at 6:39 pm. App stated order would be ready at 6:50 pm. Arrived at 6:55 pm and saw the next order up on the counter at 7:00 pm. After that the next order was ready at 7:20 pm. My order was ready at 7:25 pm - 35 minutes late - no apology - no verbal communication. No surprise to me that one of the two subs was made incorrectly.

Double the amount of time it tells you for an online order to be ready and make sure you have enough time in your work schedule to wait at least 30 minutes for a sandwich. Don’t know if it’s corporate or the environment but every single time I’ve gone here it’s taken them forever and a day to make any sandwich.

Has to be one of the best sub places around. You order a sub even at 12pm and the thing is out the door 8 to 10 minutes later even at the busiest point of the day. I don't know what they use for ? here but it has a very nice fresh homemade type taste to it. You will know what I mean if you go there for a sub!Parking: 6 handicap parking spots within 20 feet of the front doorWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to roll on and flat floors without transitions. Curbside has a shaped sidewalk that transitions from the road to sidewalk high with very easy to use transitions in front of their door.
