Still sitting here as I write this review. Two of us arrived at 5 pm for dinner. Just now leaving at 7 pm. We were seated right away, but the service was extremely slow. Our waters weren’t refilled until we asked and we still ran out as we ate. Ordered an 8 oz. steak, well done. It was served still bleeding, medium rare at best. They took the steak back to reheat it. Came back out only partly well done. Still pink in the middle. Couldn’t finish it. They never once offered to take it off the check or remake it. Very disappointed.

There is plenty of seating inside. There is also an outdoor dining area facing the intercoastal water way. The food is great and the staff is friendly.

My wife and I ate here for the first time recently. Our server Melissa was fantastic and the food was great as well. We would recommend eating here. We plan to return here in the future.

I love Flying Fish, we always eat here when we visit North Myrtle. Everything I’ve ever tried has been delicious and I love their smoked fish dip. Today I had the blackened mahi with garlic Parmesan cream sauce and it was delicious. Love the fresh seafood.

Made reservations for dinner and were seated relatively quickly. However, we were sat at a particular window facing gas lines and an unpleasant atmosphere. I requested to be moved to another section which appeared to be empty. I was told that area was reserved but the tables remained empty for the duration of my meal.

A member of my party ordered the She Crab soup and was underwhelmed. It was very mealy and too much corn.

As for service, it took quite a while for someone to clear our plates. When the entree was served, our appetizer plates were still on the table.

I enjoy Myrtle Beach very much but unfortunately will not be returning to Flying Fish until management improves. The young hostess had a bit of an attitude and did not provide adequate customer service.

The fish and chips were soggy and unappetizing. Took one bite, and they only took half off my bill.

We drive an hour to eat here. We love sitting on the deck and eating very fresh, well prepared seafood.

This was our first restaurant on vacation. We were not disappointed. We had a couple of appetizers and they were excellent. Crab Cake Spring Rolls and the Crab and Shrimp Nachos. There were tons of crab and shrimp on the nachos. They also gave us Mahi smoked fish dip when we sat down. We ended up purchasing more dip, it was so good. Service was great, and the outside seating gave a great view of the intercoastal waterway. We will definitely go back.

Large menu. Seating by window with water views. Outside seating as well. HOWEVER...
The kitchen was disgusting. Had a hair in my food. Comped and left.

We had a seafood boil and jambalaya. Both were good, but could have been seasoned better. Service was excellent, seafood was super fresh and the restaurant had a great view of the marina.
