Make sure to check your togo orders. Missing dressing for the salad. Didn't put cheese on my hashbrowns just threw it on the side how is it suppose to melt. No cheesecake mousse, oreo crumble or whip cream for the oreo waffle. Asked for it and they give a a half of a 2 oz cup of the cheesecake mixture. I paid for it I want it. No butter for the pancakes. The server had an attitude because I came back in asking for it. This your job you should know what everything comes with. If you did it right the first time u wouldn't have had to fix it. And people wonder why nobody wants to go out to eat anymore. Nothing is ever right.

Ordered a meal to go from the North Myrtle Beach location for my terminally ill mother after her dialysis treatment. They messed up her order. They Didn't Even offer a remake or refund! Even after I explained that we live to far out to just run back by. Even left a good tip too. I am not to thrilled with this location!

Today I received an order for Uber eat and the cook on the afternoon shift cooked horribly. The burnt crepe, the oil they used to cook tasted bad. I feel like I ate badly and gave away my money. Check that cook today 07 31 25

This was the worst experience ever. Order 2 different bills for the different parties, and on our order, one of the kids wanted a milkshake. They didn't have ice cream. On the other parties, one had ordered a fish meal when it was brought out. He had asked for tater sauce. The waitress told them they didn't have any. Wouldn't this be something to tell a customer when they order. He said he would've gotten something else. Whatever they cooked my eggs with, they smelled like a dirty foot. Nothing about our experience was pleasurable. We waited about 40 mins for our food and they were not even busy. From our experience, I would not recommend this place. Especially after getting our bills. If the food and service were better, I wouldn't have minded the bill. We've not been back to another IHOP since.
