Daytona wings are awesome. Husband said Ribeye sandwich was very good. Bartender Gabby was absolutely the best and regular customers were very friendly!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Mrs. Donna is a diamond in the ruff, just like the grill marks on my steak. If you are anywhere around here stop in and be prepared to be treated like family.. Steve behind the bar is as attentive as he is friendly. Absolutely amazing place. Glad we stumbled upon it during our vacation.

Decent food but watch your tab every time I come I get the same thing but price is different and something extra on tab when young chick or blonde older woman working maybe it’s because they are drinking behind the bar and drunk messing up orders. Beware smoking is allowed inside and it can be too much at times especially with a lot of patrons not just cigarette smoke but I personally watched the younger bartender I do not know her name smoke pot with customers. This bar is definitely ran differently than others and is outdated if you want a nice honest experience go to pilot house on mineola but if you live close by and want a quick drink or bite to eat keep an eye on your check to make sure you are not getting charged for things you didn’t buy. Walter is a great bartender so if you walk in and he’s behind the bar your in good hands, if I don’t see him I run the other way

The bartender Nikki is slow at serving because she’s more interested in talking to her friends and I’ve actually witnessed her few weeks ago have an elderly woman told she had to leave all because She was waiting to be served and Nikki was just standing around talking to someone and the lady said to her “excuse me can I order a drink “

Jays Little River
Great food. I have lived in Little River for about 8 years, and I can’t recall ever eating here until last Thursday night. I had one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. It is 10oz of perfectly seasoned and cooked beef. My wife had a really good all beef hot dog that she said was on point. We enjoyed the night listening to music. This truly is a local bar. They do smoke inside so if that bothers you, should not go. It is very dated in décor, but I think that is the point with a hole in the wall nice place to go get a drink and eat some good food.

We compete in the Tuesday night Cornhole Tournament. Great food, cheap drinks, pool tables and Cornhole. It's Awesome!
It is usually good, except for last Tuesday. I ordered a chicken Philly, it had a huge bun, and maybe an ounce of chicken. Pathetic, we never complain, I tried numerous times to contact the owner, never there. They really need to take a hard look at their business operation. You can tell the place is really struggling, Cooper's Restaurant is next door to Jay's, and they are packed full all the time. Jay's may have 6 people in the place. I feel that with all the choices in Little River dining, Jay's may have to be a pass on by.
