I had been out with friends and we finished at 9:30 p.m. and I was starving. I drove over to Jay's. They couldn't be more accommodating. What a nice place. And you can sit back talk to people I never wanted to leave but my wife was waiting for her food at home

Pathetic, we never complain, I tried numerous times to contact the owner, never there. They really need to take a hard look at their business operation. You can tell the place is really struggling, Cooper's Restaurant is next door to Jay's, and they are packed full all the time. Jay's may have 6 people in the place.
