Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered steak and cheese sub #17. They only had rosemary bread. Sub was made well with a big exception. I asked for the spicy relish to be spread on the bread. 15 min later, after getting back to my condo, you guessed it , no relish. Very disappointed.

Got all the way through my sub. 5 bites away. Was wondering why it tasted different. No bacon. Guess it was my responsibility to catch the mistake faster.

In the end at least I got some a la carte bacon to enjoy with no sub.

I was coming quite often but its too expensive to forget the bacon and ruin my lunch.

Wont be back

I’m sitting in my golf cart outside as I write this. We ordered on the App and they aren’t filling those orders. I’ve been here over an hour. I don’t give a dhit what it tastes like, I’ll never come back here. I only live a mile away.

Located in sketchy plaza

Completely clueless employees working there.
Charged me for extra cheese that I did order but they never added on top of that it took like a half hour while they tried to figure out two other customers orders and totals!
Would never go back to that one but love JM's in general. 🙄

Worst experience ever waited over 45 minutes for my subs asked for the owners info and the manager yelled at me and said she handles everything and he doesn’t care I love jersey Mike and just can’t believe the disrespect and lack of care from this store

Excellent service when we went in tonight. They were fast to take our order and make our sandwiches. The food was fresh and really good as well.

My wife and I have lived in Windy Hill for almost 20 years, and this is the only place we get subs. Always 2 - #13s, and always enough for dinner and a lunch the next day. We've never had a problem with asking to add this ingredient, or subtract that one. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My only complaint is the lack of choices in sides. Would love to see macaroni salad, baked beans, potato salad or cole slaw added to the side dishes. Would buy every time.

Won't butterfly your roll. They're not allowed. Being born and raised in the garden state, nothing so ridiculous. Who wants to bite into a sandwich and the guts fall all over the place. I can go anywhere for that!!! I will never come back. Happy the other Jersey Mike locations know how they do it really in Jersey.
