Jersey Mike's Subs

Excellent service when we went in tonight. They were fast to take our order and make our sandwiches. The food was fresh and really good as well.

My wife and I have lived in Windy Hill for almost 20 years, and this is the only place we get subs. Always 2 - #13s, and always enough for dinner and a lunch the next day. We've never had a problem with asking to add this ingredient, or subtract that one. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My only complaint is the lack of choices in sides. Would love to see macaroni salad, baked beans, potato salad or cole slaw added to the side dishes. Would buy every time.

Won't butterfly your roll. They're not allowed. Being born and raised in the garden state, nothing so ridiculous. Who wants to bite into a sandwich and the guts fall all over the place. I can go anywhere for that!!! I will never come back. Happy the other Jersey Mike locations know how they do it really in Jersey.

Lousy customer service. No attention to detail. Ordered 5 subs for pick up, when I returned to my condo there were only 4 subs in the bag. Ordered all dressings on the side. They didn’t include the dressings either. Had to return to the store. Average subs at best. I contacted the corporate office via the app several times, however it’s been week and no response. The whole organization is a joke. Will never order food from this place again.

If u want terrible service and a bad sandwich I guess go here...
I ordered my usual two #8s. I asked that all ham be put on one and all turkey on the other . The server refused and stated they don't do that at this franchise. I have never had a problem anywhere in the country as I travel quite a bit and this is what I always order. After the refusal they barely put any turkey or ham on either sandwich and forgot my bacon. They also refused to put the extra mayo I asked for. Hands down the worst sandwich I've gotten at any jersey mikes and I definitely won't be back to this location, which sucks because it's near where I just moved.
