I will start off with saying it was money! Wanted to try Zaxbys to compare it to Raising Canes, I will honestly say pretty dang close. Tenders, sandwiches, fries with many different sauces, was spot on. Service was great also. I highly recommend trying this

This was our first time trying a Zaxby's. We were excited to give it a try. I ordered the chicken fingers platter. My wife ordered the classic chicken sandwich. The food was horrible. Every bit of it was disgusting. We were so disappointed. My chicken fingers were very small. They were dry, tough, and without flavor. Very difficult to chew. They were also cold. The fries were nasty. Soggy. The toast was barely toasted and was soggy. The coleslaw was watery and without flavor. My wife's chicken sandwich was mostly gristle. And dry. Way overpriced. Worst chicken fast food place we have ever tried. Will never go to another Zaxby's.

The chicken was hot and tasty. The French fries were crispy and delicious. Even got a chocolate chip cookie that melted in my mouth. Loved the friendly customer service from the drive thru team who were awesome. My first time eating there but will not be my last!

Good food. Fast. Cheap. And the zax sauce is to die for. I couldn’t get enough of it. Chicken and fries were perfect in it. Will be back again.

Went through drive through and the lady was very rude and talked over me, get to window and she hands me my bags and I’m opening the container to see what food is what and there’s a hair on the chicken tender, I give it to her and she takes it puts it back on the warmer and hands me the same container with the same piece of hair. I ask for manager she hands me another container; hair on that one too!!! I highly do not recommend this place!!

Waited in drive through to pick up an order -- they were filling orders while we waited forever. No indoor service. Drive through frustrating. Food ho hum. Don't bother. Plenty of other pick-up options where you don't have to wait.

We visited and our tender box was not fresh went back to the window told them the issue. She fixed it immediately and gave us a fresh tender box and also some cookies for the inconvenience. Would definitely eat here again

Don’t bother. Waited in line 20 minutes and Ordered a 20 piece tender family meal for 4, and 10 piece wings. They said they didn’t have wings because of a national shortage. Okay...so I’ll just take the tenders and fries. Waited another 10 minutes and got COLD fries...not even lukewarm...they were COLD. Bonus: they charged me extra money for ranch that was supposed to come with the wings. What a waste of money for our family. Bad attitude and no apology for waiting on line for 30 minutes. Garbage food and spent $40.

Ordered at drive thru two zalads: one cobb with grilled chicken and one caesar with grilled chicken, also ordered lite viniagrette dressing and caesar dressing. Checked my receipt, the items I ordered on the receipt were correct but because drive thru was busy did not check the food. Got home to find the cobb zalad as ordered. Instead of caesar zalad with grilled chicken I received a house zalad with fried chicken. Also, got honey mustard dressing and mediterranean dressing instead of what I ordered. I highly recommend you take the time to check your order before you leave the drive thru or you might be stuck with whatever they want to get rid of.

I used to go to Zaxby's all the time but lately the chicken if overdone. I can hardly bite it. Extremely hard and crispy and rips the roof of your mouth when chew. The fryer must be too hot or something because they were my favorite please to eat but I just can't eat there anymore.
Food quality is fair at best. Service very slow and dining room needs attention. Very disappointed. I wish the food actually looked like what they advertise.
