If it is late afternoon/early evening don’t expect a hot or remotely good cup of coffee from this location. I have been to this specific location 5 times and only ever received one hot cup of coffee that was somewhat fresh and drinkable. We were there last evening a little after 6pm and other than the hot original doughnut it was a waste of $3.29. If you are going there for a doughnut enjoy, the doughnuts are always a treat, just bring your own coffee from elsewhere to wash it down.

Went to KK this morning and ordered a dz. mixed donuts with a $9.99 coupon and asked for the dz. free glazed with purchase. What was I supposed to purchase a cup of coffee !! The girl told me only one coupon allowed but the coupon says limit 3 dz.

I waited in line for 8 minutes with one car in front of me to place my order. Then got to order and pulled up and the guy in front of me was still waiting on his order. Total of 20 minutes for 6 donuts with only one car in front of me. this is crazy. Drive thru service sucks
