2/28/2022... went to customer service counter for money services today and the young lady behind the counter was AMAZING... not only was she helping me with my 2 needs she was answering phones and talking to other employees respectfully and courteously as could be and never once broke stride in helping me .... multi tasker and happy.... gotta love it ...

I just observed the manager and staff blatantly discriminate against an African American man, following him around the store, telling him he needed to pay for his groceries and then threatening to call the police when he told them to leave him alone. Racism is apparently acceptable at Kroger in N. Myrtle. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Yesterday we did our first online delivery. It was a great experience. Whoever did the shopping picked out a very good watermelon.
Today I went to the Kroger in NMB SC on Main Street, when I walked in there was a young lady that had already sanitized the carriages as they are being bought back from the patrons. They were stocking shelves, cleaning and extremely friendly. I was amazed by the check out process the cashiers and baggers sanitized their entire station to include the credit card machines after EACH customer. The cashiers were wearing gloves and sanitized them after each guest. Kudos to them!!! They are really keeping your shopping experience positive and my mind at ease. They literally sprayed the belt down before I put my groceries on it.

I've been shopping with Kroger for over 25 years but the price escalations recently are forcing me to go elsewhere. Some items went up a dollar or more in less than 60 days. It's back to Aldi and Walmart for me!

I like that Kroger has some true health food options, they have a larger selection of vegan and vegetarian ingredient items then most regular grocery stores, like raw unsalted cashews, Tofu for example. Also a large produce section. Prices are good. They need to fix the congestion getting in and out of the store itself, only one Entry/Exit in the same place.
