Terrible cashiers especially the cashier Jerrell. Disgusting attitude never going there again! She told me to bag my own groceries! I don't recommend going there at all!

I and three of my buddies vacation and golf in north myrtle beach every year. We stay in a condo and cook most meals and this is the first time we shopped in this Kroger in a few years. The store is clean and there are ample tags for specials in most aisles . There are also many extra personnel cleaning and stocking shelves while helping shoppers find product in the store. We were disappointed in that they had no ham shanks or pork butt meat for the weekend, expected to come in on Monday, we went to food lion and they had the items. The cashier was friendly and we were able to take advantage of specials by scanning a store card while checking out. The full service cashiers also had baggers putting all items in bags and loading them up your cart.

My husband went here to get some frozen jollof rice meal in the box. Because he loves it and they are the only ones that sell it.

2/28/2022... went to customer service counter for money services today and the young lady behind the counter was AMAZING... not only was she helping me with my 2 needs she was answering phones and talking to other employees respectfully and courteously as could be and never once broke stride in helping me .... multi tasker and happy.... gotta love it ...

On vacation and needed to pick up a couple of things. Kroger was convenient to where we were staying on the beach. People were friendly in pointing me in the right direction, as I was looking for flowers. Also the pharmacy was staffed with people that were extremely helpful.

I just observed the manager and staff blatantly discriminate against an African American man, following him around the store, telling him he needed to pay for his groceries and then threatening to call the police when he told them to leave him alone. Racism is apparently acceptable at Kroger in N. Myrtle. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I would have given 5 stars but certain members of the pharmacy staff prevent that from happening. Ms. Jackie & Brianna are wonderful. These ladies go above and beyond for everyone as does the tall female pharmacist who just returned to this location. On grocery side of this store Tiny is a great asset. He knows all the late night customers by name & checks on them all. Your staff keeps me returning

Yesterday we did our first online delivery. It was a great experience. Whoever did the shopping picked out a very good watermelon.
Today I went to the Kroger in NMB SC on Main Street, when I walked in there was a young lady that had already sanitized the carriages as they are being bought back from the patrons. They were stocking shelves, cleaning and extremely friendly. I was amazed by the check out process the cashiers and baggers sanitized their entire station to include the credit card machines after EACH customer. The cashiers were wearing gloves and sanitized them after each guest. Kudos to them!!! They are really keeping your shopping experience positive and my mind at ease. They literally sprayed the belt down before I put my groceries on it.

This is a fairly nice Kroger. The store is usually very clean and I've noticed that the staff is quite friendly, while also staying busy. Produce and other items are usually very fresh. I imagine this to be so because of the amount of traffic passes by on main Street. They also offer online shopping and pick up service very similar to Walmart's service, as well as multiple self checkout kiosks. King in your phone number so check out, as opposed to carrying another loyalty card, is a nice alternative,
